I make a pumpkin cheesecake every year - it's an easy recipe, it has a sugar cookie dough crust!! it's SOOOO GOOD. There are never any leftovers of it, it always all goes!!!!!!!! Sometimes i feel like complimenting but people these days are just awkward or you never know if they think you're trying to insult them. I would hate to compliment someone on something that makes them uncomfortable or if they look at me weirdly after. People these days are less mannered. I always get shy when i'm complimented for some reason, it just feels awkward :O

For Christmas dinner in England we follow a similar recipe for the cranberry sauce, but instead of adding spices we add red or white wine. It is delish and might be a nice alternative if your version is a bit too spicy for you? :)

They should have rain bonnets at Walgreens or CVS pharmacy. I would think a department store would have them also. I agree that complements are rare these days in general. Not sure why that is, if people generally feel awkward about it or just don't care enough to do it. But people certainly do appreciate it! You are doing a great public service :)

I only like real trees, but can't blame you getting a fake one because of your allergies. I make pumpkin cheesecake for Christmas ever year and it's AMAZING. Can't go wrong with cheesecake! Cheesecake tends to crack anyway and covering it with Cool Whip will cover any cracks anyway. You are so kicking ass with your cooking Lorraine! So impressed! :)

Dolphins play and jump in the wild like any other wild creature. I think that they like to respond to the waves that are coming in. When I went whale watching, the dolphins played on top of the waves and chased our boat. It was pretty awesome :)

For the cranberry sauce just use...cranberries, sugar and substitute the water with orange juice. I made it for my channel and it was so good!
