you need to do defender of varrock bot not the whole quest, and what ever quests u need to do defender off varrock and if you're getting a 99 combat i highley suggest 70 prayer and kings ransom quest for piety and also aunted mine quest for salve amulet, then the mini game after to enchant it, it pays off doing those do quests

Revenants aren't that tough, I bring my bgs and maybe risk around 2mil of other gear. The safest method i have against revs is full black d hide and protect from range so the mage misses and the range doesn't freeze you. It's just 2 inv spots so you could run to zombies with it.

i can't go in that area of the wild with the zombie footprints on the ground because it lags so hard it freezes my game. even when i play on low detail with the lowest settings its constant lag. i have a very fast comp that allows me to usually run the game in fullscreen with full HD settings on. it pisses me off every time i have to go there.

yeah sc clay helps a lot but i did get 102k in 1 hr here with dharoks. 99 str 85 atk 84 defence. these are wicked good+ you can camp there cause of prayer... im doing defender of varrock atm idk how far u gotta go to get in here but =)

if u remember we get some xp every week from a quest called tear of gutlix same place in lumb. lumb castle, downstairs where the chest is. there is a hole on the wall, enter and another hole u may enter with pickaxe, pass big fogs then u need a lantern with oil. lantern with saphire and u can get oil by rimmington chemist. to get oil u need some coals and swamp paste or tar not sure. u will catch the light in air then pass the other side. when u get orher side u need chisel to get salve gems
