I recorded (engineered) this at my studio, The Beat Factory in 1991. I was completely entranced by the concept , both of the song and the video, which seemed to wrap around each other in such a way that, now, I can't imagine one without the other.
The world situation today just seems to resonate in the song, nineteen years later. Miro were amazing to work with, such musicianship! It was an honour to be involved, albeit in a small way, in such an inspired piece.

Wow! I know it was a while ago but seeing this brought those magic days flooding back, seeing Roddie julia & jules performing in the midst of a typical Miro style background next thing we knew there was chellos and violins everywhere, I will allways love you guys.

What happened to Rod? Where is he now? Not even a MySpace?? Used to see him everywhere at one time - or on his stall at Camden. Where are you Roddie?
