This will not worth the time wasting if is not going to be finish in short time,God bless this Government,but if you didn't finish this by the time you leave the office there's no guarantee that this project is ever going to be finish,pls Governor Amaechi I would love to see you do more research on how long it took China and Dubai to build their cities,In ten yrs these two world economic power build their cities started in 1991-1992 and look where they are now.
