By tapping I released many limiting beliefs that I had about myself now I trust myself, I trust life. I follow my own joy and the amazing thing is that life reflects back to me all that I know to be true. The more I love myself, I love others. The more I listen to my heart, life listens to me!!

hi david i have a question for your show i have some fluid in the back of my left knee caused by the wearing out of my cartilage it started about 3 years ago when i took a step in front of my house. i have been tapping along your 5 minute heath section and i am starting to believe that i am getting stronger everyday but are there any other acupuncture points more specific for my knee?
