I appreciate your work and showing off your tripod. I find that it's just as easy to pick up a Joby Focus, Giottos QU 305B, or something similar for low macro work. I've used the Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 and the Benro AX series before that, each with articulating columns. Sometimes they can be unwieldy to say the least. Thanks again for showing your work! ;)
