Oh... was just watching this again (for the zillionth time). Everybody keeps commenting on Jensen speaking British. You should check out the episode 'Two'(I think) of the Dark Angel series, where he actually has a line in British. It rocks! Altogether, I used four programmes. The vid was mainly pieced together using Sony Vegas (TMPGenc needed to cut the necessary clips), and Photoshop CS2 and Image Ready was used to create the lightsabre effects.
