Toshi's singing voice sure has changed since the X Japan days, it has become more trebly and more sharp piercing attacks on the notes he sings now

@exiong25 It's not his voice that is different. It's the vocal processing equipment he is using and, in the case of the 97 tour and the most recent Hollywood shows, the condenser microphones (which have a much higher frequency response than dynamics). Mostly it's the processing equipment which allows someone to adjust and control sound with EQ, compression, limiters, sustain, reverb, chorus, harmonizers, ect ect ect.
