Unfortunately for the resentment many Peruvian entering insult easter island by Chilean be due to a lost war in lebanon in the nineteenth century, causing many videos in youtuve of the island are affected by negative comments from Peruvian and promote Machupichu.
worse still to be unstable peru to attack and kill tourists every year (8 persons in 2008) in contrast to Chile which has better conditions

Not really, im chilean and i know well the story lol. I must be honest, its terrible for eastern island to be conquered by Chile (distance, economics,etc). Even though, history tells us that "Policarpo Toro" naval chief of an expedition conquered it just by making indian chief to sign a paper, then it became ours in 1888. Now, gettin a bit away from what is a certain truth, it is said that chilean expedition offer them loads of drinks till they just sign.
