I do agree with you that Dawie Joubert's Lotus is a mean machine. But the SAVSPEED M3 is also wicked.
wow! why would i buy an exotic when i could have this at a fraction of the price.....Sav uv just earned legend status.... but i hear theres a novitec 430 scuderia in town, i reckon that should break the new record... does 300 in 19s

The Next Week in FRANCE there was a battle in the same style (50-200km/h 50-250km/h 1000m drag 400m drag) the best time at 1000m is a Skyline GTR R35 whit 600hp in 20.5s and a Supra single turbo in 20.7s
@MotorsportPowercom Thanks, its great to know that Savspeed compares favourably with international petrolheads. The Savspeed team did identify some areas that could be improved upon but that will have to wait for another attempt.
@AndreasCSL The R35 at just 600hp (crank) and the complet interior but the single Supra (800 crank hp) at run whit Toyo R888 and only 2 seat inside and front door panel AND this run at make at an altitude of 150/160m above sea level while you have it 1600m above sea level so much less air for the turbo.

ps: what you have use for fuel and the type of tires and the boost pressure max ?
@MotorsportPowercom We have our 3 trackcars tuned at Savspeed but I do not work there and do not have all information. For this run they used Yokohama Advan 265/40/18 rubber at the rear and were boosting 1.2bar. I don't know what fuel was used, sorry.

Take into account the allititude this attemtp was made at hey.
over 4500 feet above sea level.
Look at the skyline that managed a 17.5 at ODI recently at 337 KPH lol....
