Hazard pay? Oh lets set a 10,000 dollar camera next to a flooded street with cars driving at full speed. I wonder if he knows those expensive cameras have zoom just like the cheap ones. You don't have to be soo close.

The irony is that Las Vegas Drivers are largely made up of people who moved here from other cities. Also - driving through flooded streets causes wakes and over splash, typically not the fault of the driver. The more you know... ;)
