The warthogg is a mod.

He took the Laguna from a garage where you can save cars, what you do Is go into a race, or mission where the rare car is, and stash it in a garage. It will show a memory card saving, then you kill yourself, exit, then go to free roam and the car's there.

My favourites were the Yardie's Rover 220 Turbo, Peugeot 205GTi, Evo VII and most favourite was the Lotus Carlton you start with If you play as that fat Polish fuck Yuri.

you have to take the burnt out one on the misson i think jamicin heat. you have to keep smashing it with another car untill you have it in your garage

TGA 3 has not been canceled it has just been put on hold but they are now working on it again and have confirmed a release either 2010 or 2011 so don't worry :)

and they have sorted the handeling to be the most realistic of its kind and there should be cars from 1960s > 2009 in it as the game is set in 2009

If you use the Gameshark you can unlock all the levels and the characters that come with them. But if you don't have a Gameshark then there isn't a way to unlock the characters with cheating.

THe congestion charge van is where you started in the original getaway and to get to Lotus police car start as mitch and turn around. Go down the first right, then turn left and it is under the second tunnel on the right.

The Laguna Estate? Its off a mission called the Jamaican if I remember right. When you get to the crash scene, its on fire at the side of the road. You need to push it back to one of your garages quickly, then it'll regenerate.
