  • You allways make me hungry.

  • Wow! 만들어서 잘 먹겠어요!!!

  • This looks sooo goooood, and the red peppers look like safron kinda.

  • hi, thank you for satisfying our Korean food cravings and being able to cook it with your recipes. Could you please upload a recipe for Pickled raddish. I loved it so much when I had it when I visited CA... Thank you so much for your vid.

  • hello Maangchi~^^

i have talked about your cooking lectures with my friends because they were really amazed on how i was able to cook some of the korean dishes^^ thank you for sharing these cooking videos.

    have a nice day!

  • hoho you surprised your friends with your korean cooking skill. Cool!

  • Saranghamnida Maangchi sonsaengnim.

  • Thank you very much!

  • Hi Maangchi! i love radish but i prefer it in a spicy soup or as kimchi!! hehehe.

I posted 2 argentine recipes, since you re interested in international food, maybe you d like it! have a nice time!!

  • Great!! Thank you!

  • Hello there Maangchi loved all your videos sooo much and i really learned a lot from them.A million thanks for sharing.I am a filipina married to korean and living here in Geoje island. I'm your avid fan..hehe..stay healthy!

  • Geoje island is beautiful and produces good quality of dried anchovies and sea plants! Thank you for your interest in my recipes!

  • If radish is not something you favor too much, would potatoes (this would make it french fries?) work out as well?

  • Yes, you are right. check my potato side dish video recipe.

  • I really like your video's and your style of slicing vegetables.

  • thank you very much!

  • I find it difficult to cut radish with my knife. It's either my knives are dull, or I am? lol

I freeze my garlic in quart-size Ziploc freezer bags. Do you use ice cube trays?

  • using an ice tray is a very good idea! : ) I just roll it with plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer.

  • That's even smarter! That way you don't have to clean the mess in the ice tray. I love stealing clever ideas from you. Thanks as always.

  • yes, you do, but if you can't get sesame oil, skip it.

  • great video, i love the soundtrack even more!!

  • I've got to try this. :]

  • That looks good. When you froze your chopped garlic, does it take away some the the garlic taste and smell? Or is it like fresh garlic?

  • not much difference

  • Is it good with soy sauce?

  • the color of this dish should be white, so I don't use soy sauce

  • That is insanely big radish. I have never seen one that big.

  • That's a Korean radish. That's what someone told me.

  • @punkonthis actually thats pretty small for the korean radishes we get around here. I've bought ones 4 times that big before, and there are larger ones. Depends on the season and where you're buying them.

  • Is the skin of the radish inedible or distasteful?

  • ooh That looked good! I'm going to try that. Is that radish different from Daikon radish?

p.s. I loved your hair in this one! You are super cute!

  • yes, Korean radish is more firm than daikon.

  • your hair do looks so cute in this video!

this recipe looks great, but i can never find korean radish in the asian markets :o(

  • Looks great!! Do you know how to make the sweet black bean side dish? Its just the black beans (whole) in sweet sauce. Thanks again for another great video!

  • hi, check my kongjorim recipe on my website. I used soy beans in the recipe, but you can replace it with dried black beans.

  • ^^ 망치언니
