  • I like this song, but take this video down. It's such a letdown! Re-post with the entire video!

  • shittiest thing is, healthy in paranoid times was such a good step in the right direction and burn burn was such a wrong step in the wrong direction. : (

  • @tonx101 Yeah, I know, I bought it expecting more mainstream stuff like Gravity but I was really surprised......Burn Burn is their worst.....with a lame title a good cover and 10 songs b sides .

They can do so much better..with Arnold Lanni and Mike Turner......I just hope they have'nt gone so far up their ass they've forgotten how it was done. They are so self indulgent these days. Since when was an Our Lady Peace record celebrated for not being forgettable.

  • I almost like how they're not the most popular band, because i feel like I'm in a private group. It's good, that they get radio time and stuff. I'm just saying it's good that they're not ALWAYS on TV. I know it sounds weird, but it's good that Raine gets a break every once in a while. And there's not paparazzi's always stalking him. He has a wife and kids, he has a life too!

  • cut off at the end.

  • omg, my sister had this song on a mix CD and i forgot the name of the song and it sooooo long to find it lol... Raine Maida has an epic voice

  • Love the song, Love the Video, and Love the Fedora

  • Our Lady Peace is one of the best bands outthere,...always has been from Navid until now,....jmo

  • Yeah I tried to find an Our Lady Peace band shirt cuz i really really wanted one....but even tho we live in a big city we couldn't find one anywhere :( WTF

  • @Rondanaro

There is this magical thing known as the internet on it you and your Royal we will find many delights, also if you look hard enough you will find the OLP website! Well f**k me, T-shirts and a host of other goodies! Or you get your lazy asses to a gig and you can even purchase one with tour dates on it!

  • The hell? This cuts off mid-way through the song.

Anyways, they used to be much bigger in the late 90's early 2000's. They kind of fell off the radar in the last few years. I used to be a huge fan when I was a teen, but not so much now. Spiritual Machines was there last great album... Gravity was okay, but they were evolving towards something else with Spiritual Machines and kind of chickened out w/ Gravity.... but Gravity didn't have the "it" from their earlier albums. It was too boring.

  • Are you sad?????? You should'nt be.

  • Im sad :(

  • i luv this song but no one rly knows who OLP is sadly :(

  • Yeah it makes me sad too.... my cousin is the drummer.... and if it wasnt for that I dont think i wouldve ever listened to them and i listened to them through kindergarden and growing up, I think their music is the best and theres alot of deep meanings through these songs I honestly think reflect upon me as the person I am now, but hey idk they left good music behind at least it wasnt abandoned and forgotten everyone who listens still remember this band and the music they made and always will

  • very sad...

  • These videos should have more views... I guess they have so little though because most of these songs were around before youtube, and a lot of kids hardly even know of them.

  • Best song of the week for me for sure!!

  • agreed clumsy is AMAZING

  • although Healthy in Paranoid times is probably my least favorite album from OLP. I still love the album, and this is defiantly one of my favorite olp songs.

  • Clumsy is their best album hands down then you find really good songs from each album but not near as many as from clumsy

  • I personally like their first 4 equally. Then Burn Burn. And certain songs from Gravity and HIPT are quite good.

Honestly I can't get enough of these guys though.

  • idk about that happiness is a fish you cant catch is really good to

  • personally, i think this is one of their better songs.

  • unreal

  • I disagree. HiPT wasn't great as an album, but that doesn't mean this song sucks.

It's a different style. That's all. Now GTFO you hater.

  • Raine Maida <33 What a musical genius. I don't think I could admire him more

  • Wow, I love this, thank you so much! What incredible talent. I love your voice, it is amazing!!

  • I saw this tour when they stopped in DC at 930...WOW they put on an amazing show. If you have never been, make it a point to go, you won't be disappointed. One of those rare acts where they sound even better live than on cd. Just awesome.

  • Raine Maida is my official musical hero.

Not only is he amazing - he actually cares.

  • iv liked our lady peace since i was 10...im 23 now they always right really good songs, reign maiden is a really good artist

  • Reign Maiden?

    You mean Raine Maida?

Yeah you're a big fan eh...

  • Comment removed

  • his name is spelled raine maida. his real name is michael maida, though. check out his solo album if you haven't already. I own every single Our Lady Peace Album. I love them!

  • because thats how long the song is dombass

  • LOL

  • dumbass*

  • no it's not though. this version is cut short for some reason

  • Comment removed

  • I believe you're the nazi because you forgot punctuation on "you're", "I" and didn't spell "because" right.

    daivd likes the robot ass

  • YOURE GAY FOR ROBOTS!!!!!

  • why the fuck does it end at 2:47?

  • kewl [= ;]

  • Any new album coming up from these guys?

  • July / August. They have a new song out.

  • yea they have Burn Burn coming out in about a month... i think July 21st...

  • Superstar Carwash - the greatest album no one's ever heard of. trust me.

  • isnt that the goo goo dolls?

  • yes it is. It's just a great album. OLP Rocks too!

  • i totally agree!! goo goo dolls and OLP are my all time favorite bands! you have very good tast in music lol

  • Those are definitely my top two. Soundgarden and Pearl Jam tie for third. Nirvana 4th (I'm a grunge fanatic.)

  • yeah those all rock too! the 90s definitely had some amazing bands. smashing pumpkins, STP, LIVE, audioslave, 3EB also my favs lol

  • Whenever a band is discovered by the mainstream, it's considered to have 'sold out'. I've been a fan for years and IMO all their albums are good. Still a great band, even if scenefags are into it now. Still classed as alternative.

  • yea i agree with u, same thing with me and sum 41, i listened 2 them in like 02

  • yah, but sum 41 was mainstream even in 02..

  • ok, well i heard it from my friend in around 98 listened 2 there song motivation or no difference can't remember, then rediscovered them in 02.. but still, mainstream music can b good, as olp is, and other bands, its just the pop, rap and hip hop stuff that i don't like..

  • the jonas brothers are the best example of mainstream, these guys became popular because they amazing and talented, and if someone was like, hey do you wanna make a music video and get paid a shit ton of money for it, your most likley not gonna blow the chance. and i know that they are mainstream but they are just there for the money, its called selling out.. btw OLP is amazing

  • yea, umm they're talented.. ok i disagree with your logic but we all have opinions.. olp, soad, boston, they have talent in my opinion

  • you make no sense. you just compared this band to the jonas brothers.

  • i actually didnt compare them, they were just the first mega mainsteam band i could think of, they just untalented faggots if you asked me, i said that our lady peace sold out,but they still make their own music and its still amazing !!

  • lmao Jonas brothers.. in my opinion their the best example of the genre RG (ridiculously gay)

  • lmfao !

  • great song. one of their best. up there with 4am, superman, clumsy, anybody home, innocent, thief, etc. can't wait for burn burn.

  • i love all our lady peace songs

this is definitely one of my favourites though

also automatic flowers, where are you and innocent, best songs everrr

  • They are making another album, haltzy. It comes out sometime this year and it's called, ' Burn Burn'

  • i cant Fckin wait

  • raine, are you guys every going to get together to make another album or what?

  • Burn Burn releases July 11th 2009 I believe

  • July, 21st. 2009

  • ive been listening to their song since 8 years and im still not tired of hearing it :)

It always been and will always be my favorite band, love their lyrics so much

  • OLP es la mejor banda que he escuchado en mi vida en verdad las letras y la musica en si es unica tiene un estilo grandioso

    Guys U ROCKS ! ! !! ! ! !

PD. Why don't you put the complete song ???

this is a great song so you should put the complete one and excuse my english i'm still learning XD XD

  • omg, they rocks!!!

i'm so in love with their Healthy In Paranoid Times album <3

  • not even, old albums are wayyyyy better.

    but it is pretty good

  • great band with so many great songs

but i wish they were as noticed as

some of the more popular bands that

    rly arnt as good

  • too damn right, i totally agree, ive tried to get my friends into them but they all so they dont like his voice, so its quite anoying, there My fave band aswell theres no band better in my opinion

  • yeah its kinda sad. They are really good.

I remember sometime late 90s early 2000s i heard them all the time and i loved them, but i guess that is just the way it is today. This music is no in style anymore which does make me really sad for these guys are amazing,

  • Oh, those good times hehe

  • Hmmm.... imho I have to say that is better, when they wont become so popular... there are many bands like oasis, coldplay who had such great albums... but after that their music got "populirized".... and sounds really lame now.... :/

  • yeah...music is all synthetic

  • i love that their not as recognized as a HUGE band. not because im one of those faggoty emo kids who hates popular shit even though that as they are. lol but it makes me feel as if im on a personal level with them. ive never cried to any band other than them...their simply amazing. Thief is on of their best

  • wow i LOVE what you just said. exactly how i feel...it's not special when you are just another follower to some over-publicized pop crap. you feel WAY more connected to a band that only some know about. i hate sharing, that's also why hahaa

  • so true...

and with many faggots thinking that pre-Gravity OLP is way better than new OLP (prob. they think "ohh the 90's ruled!!!" and some other nonsense shit"), that's kinda hard to happen.

I'd rather listen to any love song by OLP than anything from Justin Gay-ber...fucking disgrace to Canada.

Gravity, prob. olp's worst, is prob. better than all of JB's songs. HIPT is easily way better. Burn Burn? no contest

  • @sirsatten They'll never be noticed the way lady gaga (for example) gets noticed because they actually sing about something, rather then sing about nothing. There music has heart/soul and purpose rather then selling bling, sex and violence lol

  • They're prophets for our times.

  • OLP rulez ! ! ! ! !

  • great band

    great song

  • i friken love this song!!

  • best songg

  • the future will not blame us

every little ripple of love makes a difference

    to the collective....

    keep loving

    keep the compassion

    keep fighting for love!!!

    ALL LOVE=cat

  • .....

  • so uhmm, every copy of this song I come across always cuts off. . .I need the full version or else I'll go insane from not finishing one of the best songs ever! HELP!?

  • dude i got 3 of there albums and i can help ya with this song if u want

  • All this about raine.. Don't forget about everyone else in the band lol.

  • raine madia ( hope thats how it spent ) is a visionary and the most down to earth guy ive ever seen i completely agree and every one of his songs has a moral and a good beat ( this isnt a religious rock band at all )

  • The song is just asking, "Will the future blame us for our environmental damage, political screw ups, and overall dumb shit we've done? Will they look back and say, 'oh, and in this time, people were stupid and messed everything up.'"

  • Can't help but fully agree with you there bro..raine is a visionary and an amazing man..an idealist and completely down to earth..

  • Well, thank you. And I'm actually a girl, but that's okay. Raine is such an amazing man. Hearing some of his stories of where he drew inspiration from for some of his songs is just crazy.

  • Yeah, pretty much, except for the environemental damage stuff. Global Warming is a hoax.

  • I don't think it's as dramatic as the media says it is, but if we don't do anything about it, it could be a major problem.

  • This is so awesome!

  • If you guys like this, seriously check out OLP's pre-2001 material, way way way better

  • i know! ive always loved them, but what the hell happened!? i hear their back in the studio now and going back to their roots! i cant wait

  • I think their shit has always been good, clumsy, happiness is not a fish you can catch, Gravity, and Healthy in Paranoid times.

  • amazing song

  • this is like the music that was still in its golden time Dx wat happen to music like this all the clothes all the fashion all the things that keep sprouting up ....ugh u_u

  • Oh, and the future probably will blame us, because its a fucking dick!

  • First song I ever heard was supermans dead. Im 20, so I was pretty young then.

  • Lol I heard Starseed when I was six and loved it. Yes I was exposed to music at a young age, I was practically raised by MTV and rock music through the 90s..where the fuck'd all the good music go?? lol. this song is good though.

  • haha, i think your MTV took music and fucked it up

  • you know? knowing my luck that was probably an insult, but you're absolutely right, even though mtv used to play good music it fucked everything over when it started playing reality shows and pop and rap vids over and over.

  • Do you remember Alternative Nation on MTV? They played the best music. I loved it. Now I can only see Beyonce videos. Bleh!

  • I know! I remember hitlist with tarzan dan and all they played was rock/alt metal then they changed it to pure pop music.. This was like early 90's and I remember MTV also

  • I remember the first time I heard "Automatic Flowers" and I shed a few tears. Of course I was just a teenager. The new generation's idea of music is rubbish ie fall out boy

  • *gag*

    Fall Out Boy.....

  • i agree. good music nowadays is really rare. commercialism is filling it with stuff that 13 year olds will beg their parents to buy. FOB...its not music, but its still fun at times. I'd prefer OLP to FOB any day tho.

  • fob sucks olp is way better no doubt

  • Listen to the extremes: Death, Math, Post-Hardcore, etc. Lots of talent.

I like FOB and OLP, simply because its rock, and all rock is awesome. There is no actual way to say which band is better, because there is always a different opinion out there.

This is a pretty good vid, Its always cool to have live footage.

  • i just can't believe they're not famous! i might be the only mexican who knows them... well me and my brother

  • they where back in the mid 90's. You couldn't turn on the radio and not hear "clumsy"

  • I hate the fact that people do not know who OLP is and when they do, the only song they have heard is "somewhere out there" OLP is a good band and the only reason a good amount of people have heard of them is because of their mainstream sounding album, Gravity

  • but you've gotta admit that almost all of thier fans from the last decade are sucked in by "somewhere out there"

  • The song ends too soon at the end I find anyways.

  • Friggin Amazing Song!!

  • I'm from the UK and they're not known here at all to my knowledge. I doubt i'd find any of their CDs in HMV. I guess it couldnt hurt to look eh.

  • i cant really say anything about ur scene not living there but i here the uk scene is some pretty hardcore stuff and they may be why they never really made it there

  • You can easily get all their albums in any good UK music store. I stress good! I,ve been listening to them since '97 and although people don't really know them over in the UK, when i play their stuff people are blown away so just spread a little love!

  • OLP were the reason i got sacked from my first job at a music store. I had to go to the competition to import and buy their music.... ....I still think it was worth it.

  • OLP are huge and fairly mainstream too in canada (shown but your statement of how they've won so many MMJAs and junos). they're known worldwide but not huge worldwide.

  • In fact they're almost unheard of here in the UK. A few days ago, for the first time, I heard of someone else who had heard of them, she had a song of theirs on a CD, 'somewhere out there'. Turns out its the only song she had heard but I offered to kiss her anyway XD

  • famous or not true bands stay true to their fans, and I think these guys could pull it off

  • champ i mean their not mainstream they sell lots of albums but somehow dont get in the spotlight i think it keeps them true to their fans and their music

  • hey i have this concert on dvd its pretty fucking gooood!!

  • the best band of all time in my opinion their music means something and their not famous thats pretty cool im glad their not because that would ruin them, raines voice is impossible to immitate nobody can ever sound the way they do its an unmistakeable sound exelent music love em

  • Too bad that they never really made it to Germany ..."Our Lady who?" ... such a great band with so powerful songs ... I wonder if I will ever see them live on stage :(

  • true!

It's a shame. I used to listen to their music for about at least 7 years, and still I haven't met anybody who knows them.

Not even people who are familiar with rock or indie music.

  • Same. I love these guys but no one has heard of them.

  • I'm glad they're not "famous" because they'd end up being another trendy band to be a fan of, and it would ruin the actual emotion in the songs.

  • great song! love itt <3

  • YES!!! our lady peace, 3 days grace, and seether! 3 best bands ever (but of course our lady takes the top spot!)

  • yes, too many music out there, i give my friends music like OLP so they can taste sumthing good that will continue rock forever

  • I think Raine Maida is probably never going to be really famous. I asked my mates if they knew who he was and they just said 'who the fucks he?'. He happens to be my favourite singer of my fav band but he hasnt really been publicized yet and probably never will be.

  • I know what u mean their my fav band and most have never even heard of them or a song by them dont know they aint famous they deserve it more than most bands in my opinion

  • Wen I was 6 they were the first rock band I ever heard

  • That's awesome! when I was 7 they were the first rock band I ever heard and they've been my favourite ever since.

  • you should make it so people can embed it

  • this is all footage from the dvd that came with A Decade.

    raine madias bday!!! Feb. 18!!!!

    <3

  • what i like about this band is the equal distribution of credit for each member... not a selfish band is olp

  • actually, if u take a look at some of their other vids, u'll see that raine is almost always in the shot, while the others are hardly shown. still, luv this band.

  • perhaps thats due to him being the last origional member...who knows who cares..just sit back and enjoy

  • i'm in love with Our Lady Peace... they're the perfect band!!

  • that's the craziest thing I've heard said about an OLP song yet.

  • I must admits that you're totally right.

I mean, Alanis is the right person to cover "Are you sad", for instance.

  • just happened to be checking out chazzman03 and saw your tag under his video. You're great as always! Happy Holidays and I hope you guys will check out that song/video at chazzman03-very,very cool!!!

  • I decided to listen to OLP after I couldnt listen to "Whatever", and they are absolutelty awesome

  • For me Our lady peace is surely the best band i've ever heard, their lyrics are so great !

  • Beautiful song! <3 Raine Maida <3

  • It lives up to OLP standards. Very good song :)

  • I have not heard one song from olp that i don't like..

  • i agree, YAY!

    OLP is just too perfect.

  • let us ask ourselves the title of this beautiful song.

  • YAY! Another great video and song from OLP. Keep going guys. Don't ever stop making your music!!!
