I build cellphone towers and cellphone sites for a living, and I have yet to find ANY hazards pertaining to the radiation levels. That tower is called a monopole, basically just a big pole that is sleeved together in different sections. I agree, putting towers in such pristine locations is disgraceful, what we all need to understand though is that the cellphone companies have deeper pockets than I do, and hey, they pay my bills. No complaints.
Haha... He is scared of cell phones. "It's no secret that the radiation emitted by cellphones and cellular telephone towers is dangerous!"
But wind is not going to work... So I don't see why he likes the idea to put them on top of the towers. The power they generate fluctuates, making it quite useless.
PS... My cell phone is on my chest right now... Instinct.
I think the underground military installation you're referring to is Cheyenne Mountain, about 145 kilometres (90 miles) south of where I recorded this video.
The different colored lines at 0:05 Do you guys pull spares and not use them at the top untill they are leased?

That looks like a self sufficient Comm-Tower.
