Thanks, russ. In Chinatown it would only be $10. Some of the pipes are for hamsters and others for gerbils. I think a lobster gets through every once in a while.

Yeah, I guess it goes without saying now. The panic room does have great acoustics, but no fridge, tv, or toilet. It would get pretty boring in there after a while once the panic was over.
