  • I think you need to think of a better way to do this. If this works then "YIPPY" we have salt water. You need water that is semi-purified, like rain water. The water needs to be filtered if it is going to be of serviced to people. And why do the places need water if the problem is a hurricane? THEY MAKE IT RAIN! So they have water.

  • If you use sea water you're going to kill your crops and dehydrate your people. Hmmm...

  • I should have included the desalination part in the audio, but, I did have it in the video at the 23 sec mark. Good comment though!

  • the desalination part is a given and he should have realized it. I suspect idiocy from anyone who writes "Hmmmm" in their comment. Good idea for below sea level destinations. The desalination plants are usually on the coast. fresh water could be siphoned though.

  • buddy, the arabian gulf countries desalinate their water at a price tag of 1.25$ per liter , are you sure you wana pay that to water some crops, this is not an efficient idea, not mentioning that only 1% of land on earth is below sea level , and in order to access most of that land you have to pass through high level lands, which again defets that purpose and the idea it self.

  • what are they supposed to do with the sea water once they get it? Your idea needs a purification component

  • sea water tastes salty, why are you wasting googles time?????

  • Great :D ahah you are a genius
