am 65 years old and just found out that some of my favorite songs are done by Queen. I heard the songs but never knew who they are done by. Boy, I am lucky to have found out even at this stage of my life. Thank you so much to "QUEEN".
If you watch this whole concert you will realize quickly that someone or something had Freddy revved up. In fact, it was this very film crew. He thought they were in the way, and even wanted to fire them, but they had a contract and he couldn't do it. So, he got mad as hell, and tore into the music with a vengance. It gave ever song an edge that's unmistakable.
Freddie Mercury was a great artist, wrote some great songs and had the best and strongest voice of any rock singer I know. He was also very smart, charming and sexy. I read that he was vain. I dont see that. If he was vain, he would have gotten his teeth fixed. I do not believe that he was bisexual but gay. (I dont believe that bisexuality even exist because men and women are anatomically so different.) He got his wish, well deserved, he is a legend.
I was lucky enough to see Queen play this set at the Bristol Hippodrome in Nov 1979.This was a really small venue they got half their PA in the place!!It was just AWESOME.Tickets were £7.50.Freddie said to the audience after a few songs"This is just like having you round to tea"!!It was such a powerful gig. That night he seemed very emotional when he sang "Save Me",this song means and meant so much to him.Miss you Freddie..miss Queen. Those truly were the days.God bless you guys.
That's just because the crowd was low in the mix, which is the fault of whoever mixed it. The audience were very lively, as shown on the newest release of this show. Unfortunately, the original releases of this show have caused people to believe that Canadian audiences in general are terrible.
Nah, it's not horrid... that's just the way most North American audiences are. They generally want to be entertained for their money rather than be part of the show beyond the bare minimum. It's just cultural differences.
What's that supposed to mean? I beg your FUCKING pardon, but I am a very enthusiastic fan with any concert. But I happen to live in North America. I'd rather pay a thousand bucks to see a shitty concert by my favorite band than pay 5 to see a brilliant concert.

need help...
in episode 924 "shoeless al" from "married...with children" there is a song that sounds very similar...
at the beginning they dont sing "buddy your a boy..." but "we came to win this rock...."
after a litte bit searching i found these facts about the episode's music
Music: "We Are the Champions" and "We Will Rock You" by Queen; the songs were replaced by a sound-alike song for US syndication and foreign versions.
Can someone please help me and tell me what is the name of this song?
