So, Stefan gets to be loved by Katherine, Elena, AND Rebekkah, all the while killing people with no regret at all? And even when he does feel regret, continue to do it? Does he REALLY deserve Elena? Really?

Damon has changed for the better and he deserves a chance at love. Elena's love.

@damonisMINE96 GIRL!!! The only reason why Damon hasn't slit a throat was bcuz of Elena. Eventually when his emotion rises, that boy is gonna go kill. Since Stefen is out of the way, there's no reason for Damon to go jello. Then again he killed Ric and he would kill any one of their friends if he has to to protect Elena. At least Stefan would think twice about it and sacrifice himself first. if I hadn't watch season 1 and 2 I would think they're both heartless cuz in this season he still an A.

Ive been a damon fan from the very beginning. But in this season im really starting to change my mind. In this scene you can see just the tiniest gliimpse of satisfaction in Stefans face when Elena says she still has hope. He is still in there and it only prooves that his love for Elena is strong. The only reason i was so much of a Damon fan was because his love for Elena managed to change him for the better which is almost impossible for a vampire. i think i love them both ! Lol
