hes got lvl 2 awakening because of heavy firearm mastery. it gives launchers a extra lvl to all of their skills. so a lvl 1 quantrum bomb would become lvl 2 because of it

The Launcher uses it with his Hand Cannon and it creates like a little energy ball which you can charge and releases it through his/her Hand Cannon, nothing really special, but it's kind of cool.

Clear cubes is actually what you get 90% of the time when dissembling common equipment. Hand cannons are large...very large guns that are hand help. 2 shot combo. Most launcher's use them to maximize their damage plus I believe they have a skill that goes along with just that gun type.
