The Bektashi were our own Balkan children -Shqiperise Vlahe, Slavi-absorbed into the Jeneceri but still remembered where they came from and stood up to protect Christians on many occasions.That they associated Imam Ali with attributes of the legendary Baba Tomorr is to their credit and not their detriment. It is no surprise that Bektashi are under attack from Sunni and 12Shi'a of Qom .

Ky eshte Abaz Aliu, po feja Bektashie (qe eshte Shitte) ka adoptuar nje kult te vjeter Pagan te Malit Tomorr duke bere nje Teqe ne maje te malit me ca dhe nga varri i Abaz Aliut ne Karbala, Irak. Shume i zgjuar paska qene ai Shehu qe e beri kete pune se i konvertoi te gjithe ata qe vinin cdo vit ne Mal te Tomorrit ne Bektashi (nga Orthodoks). Prandaj per shumicen e Jugut (me shume ne pjesen perendimore) Baba Tomorri = Abaz Ali.
