I love kimchi but I heard that it and other fermented vegetables might be the cause of increased risk for cancer. :[

The heat from the kim chee'll prolly blow the top off your head. I was surprised that I didn't see any garlic nor ginger in it tho.

Well, I probably only eat 500-600 grams of kimchee per year. I don't particularly like it even though I'm Korean.
