this is not really a back excersize.

according to my studies the muscle you use their is the pectoralis MINOR.

allowing your body to do the ''depression'' movement. (its like anteflexie, retroflexie etc)

  • looks and sounds like a nice fella, very hard to find these days.

  • Damn....Rob Schneider got big....lol

  • wow looks pretty hard on the elbow and shoulder joints or the wrist! looks funny thow reminds me of southpark too:)

  • For some reason, this reminds me of "TIIIMMMMYYYYY" off of southpark..

  • Big L intro song!

  • Much better this time without the music.

All of you people complaining about not having parallel bars could rectify that problem by finding old pipes somewhere and building your own. Go to a junkyard, you apes. Otherwise, keep crying about it.

  • Great Video, this guy is a Beast!

  • awesome arms dude.

  • damn wish i had some bars like that somewhere thats a great trap workout in the beginning.

  • it looks so easy in this video but its actually freakin hard

  • Very good movie, thx Arsh....

  • No gymnastics gyms or any outdoor pullup bars, or even these double bars ANYWHERE in my area. I'm so confused and angry about it, because I've really wanted to get into gymnastics.

  • @GuyInArmor for an outdoor pull up bar you can always use tree branches, also chairs are decent for dips and practicing your L-sit

  • @TheTTGL I've messed with trees and stuff, but always get uncomfortable. After seeing this guy though, I've decided I'll just push myself to do it though, hah. Never thought of chairs though, I'll definitely have to give that a try! Thanks! Do you recommend just putting weights of them, or are there better ways to set them up?

  • Damn =\ there aren't any bars like those around here anymore...

  • tnx.. i like your vids.. keep posting!! =)

  • I surely wouldnt like to bust my but on the ground if I slip haha...

  • A park in my town has bars like those but they're extremely high above the ground an easy 10 feet I use them for pull ups

  • We <3 Sam!

  • That dude is awesome!

  • some lost wisdom of great exercise.

  • cant find these bars in the uk

hopefully my iron gym will allow me to do some of this

  • man i just love this guy !

great video i really hope for more

  • you make it look so easy!! lol

  • 17th and a half

  • i wish they had these in canadian parks, cant find simple bars anywhere! thats how u kno this country is full of lazy fucks

  • @KStyIe the same thing here in the UK. it's filled with a broke government and tons of lazy fat people

  • @3CStrategy I thought it's only in Poland. Looks like we have same problems everywhere in the world, regardless country.

  • @KStyIe you're not the only one xD

  • @KStyIe same thing in germany -_-

  • @KStyIe Canada has less fat people % than the US, maybe you and your family are fat lazy people...you ignorant loser.

  • @KStyIe You do know USA has more fat people then Canada right? and parks in my area have simple and more complex bar so before you judge all of Canada for being fat why don't you ask your mommy to drive you to other parts of Canada.

  • @xAznnique I want to know why you brought the US in on this.

  • @ChefBoyardeeee Because this video setting is in the US and Kstyle seems to think Canada doesn't have simple bars so making him think that Canada is full of lazy fucks when we have a lower obesity rate then US.

  • @KStyIe playgrounds have them!!!!

  • @KStyIe try going to a schools park

  • @KStyIe maybe look for it at a playground? how about your school? should have dip bars outside, at least even Germany has

  • @KStyIe

Sure, it would be nice to have the ideal equipment, but sometimes ya gots to improvise.

Even a single straight bar or strong bench back allows a certain variety of dips. Also look everywhere (fencing, countertops, adjoining benches) for an L-formation. you can do dips by bracing your hands on each side near the corner. And as a last resort, get hold of two strong, heavy chairs and dip away!

  • @KStyIe Yeah man, in the states about 15 or so years ago there were bars everywhere in US parks, school yards, etc...all gone now

  • @KStyIe I've got them at my local park. I live in Ontario.

  • @KStyIe improvise yourself a dip machine with a pair of chairs, be imaginative ;) lucky for me, i do have a park near by where there is all the equipment i need

  • @KStyIe My god, it's like that in America..I can only find in a rare park, but its rusting. If you go to Korea, it's everywhere! I don't know about other countries though

  • @KStyIe same i have to do at a playground, cant really do there to low bars

  • is this legg lake in california?
