Is this being played on an emulator? If so, what emulator are you using and what are the requirements to make the game run perfectly?

@125RayRaxx I think he's using the actual arcade board. By connecting it to a capture card or a monitor, it's quite possible to record footage of this quality from the actual arcade board.

I have a core 2 quad 8200 and i get like 30 fps

meaning an i7 should be able to handle this perfectly
