It's quite possible that this is due to genetic memory. I have a theory that this shows up in children where both parents share similar strengths in various parts of the brain. My husband and I are both engineers. Our daughter was 6 months old when she outsmarted almost every childproofing item in the house, including opening doors and child gates. She's a mech whiz.

I can understand why the parents brought their child on tv. Sometimes, you want to know that you're not alone.

At 2-3 years old I could read whole encyclopedias and remember 80 - 90 % of the book and at 18 months I could work a VCR record play stop fast forward re wind all of that stuff

I hope they encourage her throughout her childhood and teenage life. I was an extremely advanced child and my parents just assumed I'd be like that forever so they stopped pushing me. As kids get older they need more than their brain to help them in school. Discipline becomes 90% of it.
