LET'S RAP WITH CAP! Thanks for sharing those sketches and illos, Ryan! I'm a grumpy old 40+ fan who grew up in the era when Cap's appearance didn't vary greatly. My favorite Cap artists are Kirby (his mid-1970s run on the title the series' best) with Mike Zeck's 1980s run being a standout second (I didn't care for Byrne). Seeing these wildly diverse representations of Cap was exciting and eye-opening, especially the WWII Caps. Thanks for sharing your collection with fellow fans. -- Gary P.

Cali is the mecca for comic shows haha obviously there's San Diego Con which is in July timeframe, Wondercon up in San Fran area i believe and i think there's a show called the Supercon or something like that in the Oakland bay area as well..google them to find out when the next show is...thanks for all the nice comments, Ryan

I have more to show off that's for sure! You should definitely try to get some sketches if you go to a convention...just get a pad of bristol board and wear comfy shoes haha cuz it's a lot of waiting around!

I didn't read comics much as a kid either...i really didn't get into comics until i was in college and when i saw the first Spiderman movie was coming out it just got me totally interested...if you're thinking about reading any super hero stuff i would start with some of the ultimate line books from marvel...take care, Ryan
