Lloyds telephone customer service is terrible. I once had a 10 minute argument with some prepeubescent gimp who told me that standing order is another word for direct debit. I wanted to setup a standing order and the little worm wouldn't do it. Other times I've phoned up and they've given me incorrect balances. Another time this total tool "pressed the wrong button" and cancelled all my direct debits. They are also rude and very childish, every call is a tit for tat battle.
