I didn't know you quit smoking! Me too! Best thing we ever did for ourselves.. That's more important then being RAW... Don't ever smoke again, no matter what you do.

Hey coconutboi congrats on your non smoking lifestyle. It's been about 5 or 6 years now that I quit. There is no way that I could smoke again. I would not want to go through the withdraw stage again. Thank God It is over.

Michelle this is true, I think as you said there is a perspective you have to have. For me I know that 100% may happen..but each time I eat healthy I am moving toward my goal. I appreciate the truth. I know that God has us in this ... this is the most focused I have ever been. Thank you for brinking it to the forefront. and I laughed .I was like I have a night shirt justlike your top!:)

Natural242 You are more than welcome. I was a little nervous about doing videos on the actual struggle. I hardly see video about this subject.
