I think the director was being a little sadistic with the ending of this movie. A great movie, cheesy, funny but the ending is a sucker punch that reflects very poorly on Karen. If she didn't have feelings for Gary while he was professing his feelings, it was her prerogative to set him straight as friends only, not kiss him and lead him on like she did. Then couple that with going back to the boy who abandoned her in her greatest time of need approaches the surreal. The movie should've ended b4
