jamacians are filthy. they do not get tested enough. bolt is untouchable due to the fact that if he got caught then track is finished! interest would drop and the public would not have an interest in the sport anymore. hes riding the wave and getting away with it because his team know that he cannot be touch.

@martinmcgee1 actually, all atheletes are tested daily at both the IAAF Championships and the Olympics. Random Drug Tests are quite usual for world class sprinters even outside of the Olympics and other events atheletes take part in.
