  • Awesome band..first heard this song back in the late 70s early 80s & I did have the original vinyl lp 33' back then, until I sold it..cher.

  • Good band, saw them at Manchester Apollo circa 1982. (i think) good voice and guitarist, metal rondezvous and hardware easily there best albums...did once skit kiss in a radio interview tho'......bad thing to do..although krokus were a good band, they can't hold a light to kiss , who were easily one of the all time greatest hard rock bands along with ac-dc....

  • jesus i love that groove !!

  • cool tune,i have the album hardware, but they totally ripped off bad company on this song though!

  • Freddy left the band, shame

  • they kinda ripped off bad company in the chorus!!! but i love old krokus!

  • cool

  • coño pana demaciado bueno como en los buenos tiempos metal forever the best...

  • Love this band.

  • Everybody sounds like somebody!!

There are few exceptions, but good music is good music, regardless of all that. I listened to Krokus, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, and Judas Priest before I really knew who AC/DC was. I love Bon Scott era AC/DC, but they werent realevant stateside back in 78,79.

  • @06ruiz Very well stated. Sometimes bands DO sound like others. Some intentionally, some not. And usually you can tell the imitators. and all the bands you mentioned are not imitators. I will add Saxon and the Rod's as 2 more un''imitators. Agreed about a/c d/c stateside. I loved em back in 79 but most people I knew did not dig it. 2-3 yrs later they were all over it.

  • 2:42-3:11 one of the best solo ever !

  • Krokus jams. have always partied to their tunes. Sanddog is right, very underrated band. Fernando von arb is a killer guitar player.

  • the only thing like AC/DC is the guitar, and vocals some what. But Rock has always had gravely singers! Krokus are more metal then AC/DC. Mark is a better singer too.

  • 67Spiderman:ma bae e faedi coberre.

  • Ac/dc clone.

  • @killingzoe75 You yourself are a clon !!!

  • Good music :)

  • Philotus1018 is right- the credit they deserve is to pay royalties to Bad Co for 10 generations for this one. period.

  • das ish a super geil song .... greetings from basel ch!!

  • This is shamelessly plagiarized from Bad Company's "Rock Steady" Bad Company: Turn on your light And stay with me awhile Ane ease your worried mind Turn on yourlight Baby And stay with me awhile And rock steady, yeah Krokus: So close your eyes And stay with me In rock city And ease your worried mind In rock city...
  • it was 1987 drunk as fuck and totalled out my car with this cassette tape in...lol

  • awesome song with great drive

  • looks nothing like srv... stevie had the 80's texas rocker thingy going on...

  • they sound like acdc

  • the only goofy dude is the main guitarist. that dumb hat and the goofy stripe baggy pants are ridiculous looking but they rock in this tune and the gate is cool. they still rock...

  • @edwardprzydzial i think he looks like srv..

  • Marc Storace looks like a Mexican waiter.

  • @Mystifier122 Thats hilarious

  • Fernando is awesome!!!

  • The music rocks, however they look goofy as fuck!

  • this band never got the credit they desirvied

  • they dont jeah!

Queen Nora Sucks Balls for sure. Bens gay pot shot: 0:06 and it ain't trucking as trucking and fucking is all queen nora craves. But gota admit that bands seen it's day your a fan?

  • @21sanddog Yeah they should tour together with ac dc imagine that , a perfect night baby !!!!

  • NO game can EVER to MASTERPIECES LIKE THIS!

  • Check out their Smelly Nelly song. They were great and a relief from some of the really over played groups of the day.

  • FeR16 u are god ah ah ah 3 times

  • tx for posting this ! rock sure has gone down hill after nirvana ha ha ha

  • I love the opening sequence with the gate I mean what the hell is he doing up there?

  • I saw them twice on the Hardware Tour in 1981 they were completely awesome at that point in time. They blew away the headliners (Rainbow,Pat Travers) and then (Ted Nugent , Blackfoot) I know it is hard to believe but it is very very true !!!! Great 80's rock band !!!!!!

  • 1981! Thats music.

  • Almost like Kiss song "War Machine"

  • some of the music (what ive heard) of of the vice album sounds like acdc but not this

  • My Buddy Mandy Meyer on Guitar.. He Kicks Ass!!! Fun times in Memphis!!!!

''I'm looking for Horny Bitches'' Right Mandy???:):):)

  • Hardware is one of the greatest hard rock albums ever! And no, this could have never been an AC/DC song!

  • many said that krokus is an immitation of ACDC but i say that Krokus is more versatile musically than ACDC.

  • Oh yes, this takes me back. Marvellous.

  • i seen them on the hardware tour opening up for ted nugent and they were awesome !!!

  • Guilty pleasure fo sho!

  • Now thats MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!

  • KICK FREAKIN' ASS SONG!!!

    LOVE KROKUS!!!

    THANKS!!!

Jade, dancin' & rockin' & prancin' in bright fields in flight o fancy!!!

  • this brings back memories 1981 cardiff sophia gardens i seen them ,

did they do reading 1980 ? anybody.

i think i can rem them there

  • old school

    fodastic

  • bigmarkpepper. saw em on same tour @derby assembly rooms more supporting in 1981

  • Oh man that makes me so jealous.

Saw quite a few hardrock and metalbands in the early 80's but too bad Krokus didn't tour Belgium around that time. Krokus is probably one of the best hardrockbands of all time...

  • My first ever concert! The support band was 'MORE'?? a trio?? I think my ticket was £4!!! Demonfort Hall, Leicester. Happy Days...

  • Man-did the singer screw up when he turned down AC/DC to replace Bon- he actually thought Krokus was going to be huge.. BIG Mistake

  • He was never actually asked by the band.

And in 82' - 83', it all looked like Krokus was gonna be huge. Remember, their album hit platinum in the USA, that was a pretty big deal. If they hadn't screwed up Change of Adress, their future might have looked different.

They're still alive and kicking ass, so who cares.

  • Eighties were a lot of fuckin fun,you just don't know what you missed there kiddies.

  • I'm so proud to have seen this tour. A little bar in NEW HAVEN CT called Toads place. I took the poster off the wall and bullshitted with some of the boys of METAL. HARDWARE RULES!!!!!!!

  • just finished their comback concert in original lineup

  • AC DC sound AMAZING ¡¡

  • every vid I watch of krokus just makes everything crazyer in a good way! lol

  • One of the most energetic live bands I have seen. Even their commercial songs are cool. Not to many bands could pull this off. Saw them in 1981 and was blown away. No stage show just a great performance.

  • Good Rockin Band, brings back memories. Love the guitar for ever, back then I liked the Hardware album as much as any of the best bands. Well gonna go watch Easy Rocker now.

  • EXTREMELY BAD ASS SONG!!!

Take me to Rock City Master!!! :)

LONG LONG LONG LIVE IT & LOVE IT!!!

  • I'll be seing them this summer @ ROCKLAHOMA July 10,11,12,13

    Pryor,OKLAHOMA

  • Great song off a great Heavy Metal album ! Saw them on Tiswas on British TV wot a laugh !

  • toll, wäre üüüberglücklich wenn reibeisen-shouter mark storace der freund meiner mutter wär :-D

  • hey everyone did you know that the singer is maltese,he's a friend of my mom and his name is marc storace:)

  • you give money,or die

  • They're such a shameless copy of AC/DC and Kiss, but they still rock! I love this song, the riff is infectious. Nightwolf is pretty awesome too

  • Anybody ever hear the song 'Rock steady' by Bad Company? There's a couple obvious similarities, but that's OK cuz I know Krokus has a few good ideas of their own. In fact usually the worst stuff they did was covers, but this is great as well as Stayed awake. I'll have to find the Bad Co track in a minute.

  • Saw them on the first North American tour and they were excellent" so close your eyes and stay with me Rock City"

  • wow i never before heard this band but my dad talk about them,so i wonna heard them and its good...

  • My dad also talked about krokus, so i heard hardware, and never looked back.

  • Great band, saw them in Manchester 1982. Metal Rendezvous & hardware albums by far their best. (both v.well produced).Never hit it really big tho'

  • Another "touched up" video. The video is live but it has been edited to a studio track. Can you say Milli Vanilli????? I suppose the live audio was so atrocious they had no choice, but I DO know this band CAN ROCK LIVE!

  • Dude, don't you know anything?! 99.9% of all performance videos are simply the band rockin' out to the pre-recorded track (or live footage is edited and sync up with the studio version of the chosen song). Krokus weren't pushing a live album here but 'Hardware'! Some performance videos are even shot on a sound stage w/o an audience present because it's all about getting the camera angles and lighting right, not whether the band can pull it off live.

  • rock your head!roll your ass

  • ROCKING!!!

  • Greatest hardrock-fuckin awesome! Thanks for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • man i loved living in the eighties
