My mom is pet groomer and told me that dogs do that because there is a glad in there butt that needs to be emptied because it gets built up, the other reason could be they have worms near the anus. You should have Boo checked out :) I love Boo BTW sooooo cute!

For Goodness sake he doesnt have worms!!!!!! Dogs do that when they're anal gland needs to be expressed!  It stinks much much worse than dog poo. Pay $20-$25 and your vet will do it for you. I dont reccommend you do it yourself. My dogs groomer does it for me every few weeks for my dog or earlier if I see that he's dragging his butt. My dog doesnt have worms cos he's wormed and he is in perfect health.
