  • I loved it. I don't think it was read too fast. I have a 2 1/2 year old grandson. If you've ever read to a toddler you don't dwaddle. You must read rather fast before the child's span of attention causes the little one to want to turn the page before you've finished reading it. Thank you for this narration.

  • @breastlady I'm so glad you enjoyed it and I hope your grandson likes it too. I hope the panning of the drawings helps make the reading more interesting. I do get to work with kids at my church and I do think about how to do things in ways they enjoy.

  • i like this, but, if this is you, the narration voice is quite fast. if you slow down it would be better to understand

It is fast but I had too considerations when I did the recording. The original recording was plodding because the pauses between lines was too long (my inexperience is to blame) so I sped it up in editing and it seemed to liven it up. the other issue is my enunciation which is poor. I'll probably never have a career recording audio books.

Besides my personal short comings, I did this for a children's sermon and I needed to shorten it up because it was and still is, too long, so I sped it up.
