  • I love my 2P but on two occasions, I ran into condensation/frost issues. One one occasion, it was fairly humid and cool, but no rain. I woke up to condensation covering the inside of the roof, and both doors had been open. The other occasion, it got down to below freezing, and in the morning the roof was covered in frost. Again, both doors open. Just sayin

  • @Absinthe2401 No tent can hope to completely get rid of condensation, but the 2P does it better than most. You will always have that temperature differential that will cause some dampness, but the ventilation in the Nemos is second to none in ensuring you don't get dripped on.

  • I bought my Meta 2 from HumbleOutdoors for about $240, it came with a free foot print and free shipping.

I have not got to go backpacking with this tent yet but I have set it up in my backyard. During that day it poured rain and at evening it snowed. There was not a drop of rain inside. I can not tell you how it vents. It has a very taught pitch and is very spacious. If you think it is too small for 2 people your wrong this tent is more like a 3 person. Overall a great tent.

  • @bedarda Sounds like you love it as well! The Vents are at the top PLUS two on each side meaning it is incredibly well ventilated.

  • I used this tent on timber mountain, mt. baldy range in so, ca. with my girl friend and it was great. Sets up easy, ventilates like you'd not believe. Zero condensation and sturdy even in roughly 30 mph winds at the summit, it held up no problems. Easily enough room for 2 6' tall adults, on full size thermarests, with room in all 4 corners for essentials. The vestibules are big enough for packs, boots. Over all, awesome tent! get one and enjoy

  • @PHARRAOH Agree on the space, we wild camped on the top of Fan Fawr in the brecons and it stayed strong in some interesting winds and we had room for some big packs inside.

  • it arrived yesturday. set up is easy and it looks to be a great tent. the floor comes in a separate pouch, real nice pouch. but can be put in staf sac with tent if desired. the stuff sac, its great. has its own belted lach system to lock it all in a nice bundle to fit your bottem compartent most packs have, its a perfect matched size for my osprey 65. my lady and I will take it up to a summit and try it out in a fe weeks. cheers. oh, and the tent stakes are realy cool, sturdy and lite

  • @PHARRAOH Glad you liked it Pharraoh! Let us know how you get on with it when you go camping.
