@leontheon how do u know its zangetsu...he took the remain reitsu from the captains vice captains and rukia...his zanpakto could be something totally different

@GhostMobSWEST zanpaktos are born with their shinigami and die with them so ichigo has had zangetsu since he was conceived and will keep having zangetsu till he is dead his new appearance must be cuz of his power increasing or just to keep the fans psyched up xD

@ogichiikasoruk64 Ichigo wasn't born as a Shinigami though, he became a Shinigami when he absorbed Rukia's powers. Before that he was human. So he's only had Zangetsu since Urahara forced him into Shikai (since his first Zanpakuto was actually formed of Rukia's reiatsu).

@TheIgaram actually Ichigo he has Shinigami powers without knowing it his father Kurosaki Isshin he is a Shinigami and he married to Ichigo's mom thus Ichigo has Shinigami powers. The power Rukia gave him were destroyed by Byakuya in the earlier episodes. Urahara told Ichigo Byakuya failed to realise he had shinigami power thus not killing him, giving ichigo the chance to gain his Powers back through Urahara training well this is just my opinion why Ichigo has Shinigami power.

@animelover3854 Not so. Only a soul can be a shinigami, a living human cannot be a shinigami. His parents both had high spiritual energy, hence why he had high spiritual energy and why Karin (and to a lesser extent Yuzu) also have more than average spiritual energy. It was Rukia that made him a Shinigami at first, and then Urahara trained him into a shikai that used his own power. We know that was when Zangetsu and thus Ichigo's Shinigami powers were born because Zangetsu and Ich's hollow were 1

@MrSuperTeenGohan He wasn't when Ichigo was born. Urahara says that Isshin's powers have only just started to come back when the Arrancar arc begins. Meaning he was human before then.

@prettyboiJustin Ichigo isn't a Hollow, he's a soul containing a Hollow. And Urahara did not plan for that to happen, it just happened - he even tried to stop it - when it started happening he let Tessai drop a level 99 Kido on him to try and take him down.

@TheIgaram ichigo is not full hollow but he is because when he was normal/ordinary human he already had it! do you remember that episode when he was first fighting without a reall sword when he fought Renji and rukias brother. renji cut him but he stood up but it was not him!!! it was his hollow but it could not come out fully because ichigos sword then was not his reall

@wolf123g1 That was not his Hollow, that was just his massive reiatsu. Whenever his Hollow came out before he could control it, he got a mask somewhere on his body. That's how you know that wasn't his Hollow trying to come out.

@wolf123g1 when ichigo fought Renji it was not his hollow, urahara made him become a hollow after it. and his sword WAS real, but he was starting to learn more about his sword that's why the massive reiatsu came out.

only against byakuya his hollow came out,, and his hollow will come out more and more and more,, dunno where you are with the episodes but ichigo will have a fight where he becomes full hollow.

Ichigo got 'em back. In the latest manga ep. And Zangetsu looks more beast than before. Its like twice the size it was before, and It was already huge! :D I wanna see him kick Ginjo's ass!

ichigo is (or was for now until he gets his shinigami powers back) 1/3 human, 1/3 hollow and 1/3 shinigami. vizard is basically a shinigami with hollow powers and fullbringer's are basically humans with hollow like powers. i dont know why the fuck people add in their own false info.

@no1inurheart All humans can use full bring they just need it to be exposed and to have a bond to an item. So he is still just 4/8 human 1/8 hollow and 3/8 Shinigami.

@IamStrangreen Ok his father was a shinigami so he is half human half shinigami, his shinigami powers had a section cut off that became a hollow thus making 1/8th hollow. Also the Vizards are a group not a type, so they have nothing to do with his reiatsu. Also fullbring is not a power of reiatsu it is a power of controlling matter that you have a bond with. Thus making him 4/8 Human, 1/8 hollow, 3/8 shinigami.

@dagonzeez I read the manga, I watch the subbed anime, and I watch the Dubbed. Also what gave Ichigo the hollow powers was Urahara fucking up when training Ichigo to use Shikai and letting him get too far into turning into a hollow before he turned to a Shinigami. Remeber when Ichigo came out of the giant hole and he had the fragment of the mask on him that later kept reappearing. Also if the other guy paid attention he would have known that fullbring is a skill not a type of spirit being.

@houkou1 ik dude ive been watching bleach from the beginning... But he started controlling his hollow with Vizard training and vizards are shinigamis with hollow powers which would count as ichigos hollow part and just make it vizard....So it really should be Ichigo=1/2 human/fullbringer(cuz there pretty much same thing) and 1/2 vizard(shinigami and hollow)

@dagonzeez That is what I am saying on the reiatsu level Ichigo is half human while a fragment of his Shinigami powers where tainted thus causing him to be a fraction of hollow, thus making him a half natural Vizard, unlike the others who were all turned into vizards by Aizen and then killed. The difference is while the other Vizards are strong, Ichigo with his being unstable due to it's imperfect creation causes it's release to be extreamly powerful to the point it can kill a Segunda Etapa.

@houkou1 I'm not sure if he is actually "vizard" though he has hollow powers... I remember when Ichigo was fighting Aizen... a moment before Ishin arrived Aizen told Ichigo he was aware of his existence since before he was born, and the reason he's been throwing him into battles is to experiment with Ichigo and he told Ichigo what he was but Ishin came crashing down on Aizen so Ichigo couldn't hear. if he really was a Vizard I think they wouldn't be keeping that info right now.

@aristokraticassassin No Aizen was going to say Ichigo was part human and part shinigami but Aizen was interupted by Isshin jumping in, and then Ichigo realized what Aizen was going to say when he saw his father in a shinigami uniform. Remember before the fight Ichigo did not know his father was a shinigami.

@houkou1 that would make sense kind of... but if he was going to say half human half shinigami they would have at least gotten the half in or at least the half human part since we already think he's supposedly half human, but Aizen said "you are a" and it cut him off there.

@orichalcossayian I agree. I believe Aizen will come back into the story again. Maybe not anytime soon but it will happen. Just like in one piece. I think Echiro Oda is going to introduce Arlong again. Luffy never kills his opponents so either Arlong was killed by the villagers after he was defeated or he ran away after. I hope he is introduced (both Aizen and Arlong).

im kind of thinking that his new powers will be sort of a fusion if you will of his shinigami and hollow powers as one he'll still have a mask and sword but he'll be like a perfected form of both powers.

I expect much of what u say will be true...Ichigo will be stronger than before yadayada...however the dude that created the other Hogyoku is being touted as the next major antagonist (What is it with these all powerful artifacts that turn men to evil!!).

@orichalcossaiyan Yeh it would be the right time for Tito to intoduce some tangible manifestation to represent the entity only know as 'The Spirit King'. Maybe bring in the Royal Guard aswell. I would be extremely interested in seeing that particular story arc evolve. The mask is one of the fictional character Kamui one of the most powerful soul reapers in recent existence. btw did u like the song?

@BoyarMobPosse I think if he does it right having the spirit king as a villainous being might be a good plot twist for Bleach if we were to find out that the king has been manipulating everything that's happened behind the scenes and Isshin knows something so the king wants him dead so he can't reveal what he knows. Who is Kamui btw? yeah the song was pretty cool what do you think about my theory?
