WAT THEY NEED TO DO IS BUILD A OFF ROADING RING OR SOMETHING WITH ALL THIS LAND THEYY HAVE FREE THERES LIKE AT LEAST 90 PEOPLE THAT LIVE IN ROCKAWAY WITH DIRTBIKES ATV'S AND SUCH AND ALL YOU SEE IS COPS CHASING AFTER PEOPLE LIKE REALLY STOP YOU ARE NOT GOIN TO CATCH DEM THEY HAVE OFF ROADIN VEICHELS SO DO US ALL A FAVOR AND JUST HOW YOU BULT THAT SKATE PARK DOWN ON 92ND BUILD US AN OFF ROADING CIRCUIT ITS NOT EXPENSIVE AT ALL ALL U HAVE TO DO IS MOVE DIRT AROUND AND MAKE A COUPLE OF JUMPS!
