  • Actually, I have the first album on CD...the original vinyl too. This version is so slow, vs the original recording...it sounds like they're on downers. Thumbs down.

  • Honestly, the song's embarrassing without Leonard Haze's thunderous single base drumming. I saw the original band (with Haze) absolutely ROCK WINTERLAND opening for Boston in S.F. back in the day. I don't begrudge Y&T for wanting to earn a paycheck now but please, get a drummer with a live right foot.

  • This is from the first album. The first two albums on London are the best rock albums ever made, it's too bad they're not out on CD. It's also a shame there isn't any video of them in '77-'80, they were mind boggling. I saw them at the Starwood a few times and also at the Fleetwood in Redondo Beach. The new band is fine but I miss Joey Alves and especially Leonard Haze. He went on to play with Ian Gillan but I don't know what he's doing now.

  • @ThePaistecat ive been chating w him on facebook

  • The song is called "Earthshaker"

  • Thank you much
