I did my achievement on I think 13, with the two buttons on the pedestals and the block that starts on the moving platform with another in the room you start in behind the button-locked door. If you leave the block right in that room and portal your way into the main room, you can still open the door with only 1 block, normally solving the room, but if you jump to the other block with the portal setup and drop the block in that room, you can lock it.

"Like a rat" is only an achievement on the 360. Portal origonally came out on the PC, and there was nothing for one to earn by doing this. Because of the popularity of this trick, it was made into an achievement for the 360 port.

the second one is i think in chamber 14...not sure..where u need to get a cube across the acid pound.. the funny thing is when u get it it, it will keep the doors open even after u exited it, so you dont have to be in rush to press the button to open gatesfor the energy ball..

That wasn't the point of the video, it was made to show how well the game was made. In most games once you get stuck in an area you have to reload your last save, but in this game they've thought of every possible way to get yourself stuck and even made workarounds for it to get the player out of that situation and back where he's supposed to be.

It's a testament to how hard Valve works to make sure a game is bug free. They probably had some focus group game testers that were clever enough to deliberately trap themselves this way, then decided to offer a way out so you don't have to wait for an autosave to load. Again, Bravo valve!!
