  • simple bcoz they're idiots. they're after commission, sometimes they'll post interiors of the house that is not the actual house, the price they post is low just to lure potential buyers and then hidden charges pops once the buyer signed up, i once had an agent whom i realized was only 19 y/o without knowledge what he was selling...pathetics.

  • Prospective buyers should be informed of the detailed description of the property youre selling like the land and floor, the cost of each model etc. Its not enough to show the different model of the houses. Thank you
