@Xstar18 as long as you have the money to care for him/her and your other pets them give it a shot! But not only will you spend more money you will also need to spend a lot of time with him/her.if Getting another pet then you will have to have time to think about it. Good luck!

Hi Sweetie,Adoption is only one way in which we can help animals! You can't save the world all by yourself. Consider helping at a local shelter or rescue (at 13, you'll probably need parental consent in writing to do so), helping an elderly neighbor by walking their dog, raising money to donate to various animal causes - or, make good grades and become a zoo worker, wildlife photographer, veterinarian, etc. I'm glad to hear your heart is open for our furry friends!
