Insane that this shit is still going on in guantanamo today, just yesterday on the news about a british citizen that has been cleared by the us goverment since 2007, but is still there being beaten and torcherd today. UK gov says they r asking US to release him, but the UK pm should grow some balls in my opinion and demand they release him and if not send in the SAS and get him out!

No matter what someone is accused of, its wrong to lock them up (and deny a lawyer) without bringing charges! Government may choose to hold FOREVER without charge, thus... no trial... thus, no chance to confront accuser or deny! Suspects should be CHARGED then TRIED.... not held forever without charge
