Hello sir i am an RT here in asia i have a question... its kinda out of the topic but one of our resident or i may say all of them used to order us a q30 continues aerosol therapy of ipratropium bromide, my question is, is it OK that they want us to continue the treatment of q30 that last for 3 days?
Spackle, it's interesting to know that oral care is not getting much attention elsewhere!? Securing an ETT is an important topic, and would make a good video.
Dillow, can you believe that the ABG machines we use perform their own calibration and quality control? It's built into the "cartridge" that's good for 30 days. Of course, that doesn't mean I can't do something on it!
Thank you for this video, good oral care is an all to often overlooked part of good respiratory care. I've completed 5 months of clinicals and this is the first time I've seen someone go over this part or respiratory care. I look forward to memorizing your techniques and teaching them as I start my career.
I'd love to see a video about good ett tube taping technique, can't seem to find one. Btw, I'll be sending this link to my friends, thanks again.

I've never heard of delivering Ipratropium bromide this way. Is this practice based on some study?
