You can get it on TBoGT single player, yes, but not normal GTA IV story.

I don't get why they added the Police Buffalo, Stinger and Bike if they only appear in multiplayer and only the Stinger is actually used in chases (but that is a very rare occurrence). Why can't they add a Police SUV like a Chevy Tahoe? That would be cool.

Anyone having trouble finding these vehicles (ONLY in online), if THAT important, needs to start they're own brand new freemode (or w/e) then go to the same spot as in the video. ALWAYS works for me and my friends. After a freemode has been open for a while, it seems to never spawn...quick fix.

Do you need to beat a certain mission in single player for it to spawn. Also, I was in party mode, do you need to go to multiplayer > free mode for it to work or does it work in party mode too?

i think the website is called gta4(dot)net and you can find all the stats of the cars pulled directly off the game. So the police stinger is the fastest road vehicle in GTA4.

5.Banshee.
