Van Vannak is perhaps my favorite actor even more so then Kong Som Oeurn. I just really enjoyed his performance in Sovann Pancha from watching it as a child many times. If only this and more of his movies such as Neang Kakey survived.

kim nova was very beautiful, perhaps the most beatiful cambodian movie actress back then.

sadly she married that fuckin' dude called nob nehm, despite objections from all of her family includin' her mother & my father. she was my father's half-youger-sister, same father. my father said if their father had been alive he would be able 2 prevent it.

their father (my grandfather) was a cambodian army officer of the lon nol's generation. sadly he passed away in the late 1950s.
