4:25 If you choose NO (for the magic powder), he then says that he will let you carry more bombs (I think the bomb option is next, not sure). If you keep choosing no, he will keep giving you more options to to increase your capacity on different items.

He's got a video on how he does it. He takes two separate programs, one for recording the game footage and the other for his voice and splices them together with windows movie maker.

He does something different with wii games though.

You didn't do the other shopkeeper discount cheat. When you buy something really expensive like that, you just quickly hit start and then save as your rupees are going down. When you load, your money is what it was when you saved and you keep the item! I used to always do that when I buy the shovel in this game.

A handy thing to keep in mind if you are ever going to play this game again is that BowWow will charge and say "Dig!" whenever he comes close to a buried Sea Shell; once you get the Power Bracelet you can explore quite a large part of Koholint and find a bunch of these Sea Shells. However, having BowWow will prevent you from progressing further in the game because he will try to eat Kiki the Hungrey Monkey, and Richard refuses to ask for your help if you have "that awful beast" with you.

I don't think anybody else mentioned it, but the ruined town where you have to beat the Axe Warrior for Erdrick's Armor from Dragon Warrior was Haukness. Definitely one of the creepier parts of the game I remember from my childhood, like the very bottom floor of the Dragonlord's castle and finding or using a cursed item.

Actually if you say no, he will tell u what he's gonna upgrade, i dont remember if there was a way to change what he was gonna upgrade tho

You can just keep saying NO, and say YES to the item you want to upgrade. I can't remember if he loops, or if he auto-does the last thing in the list (powder, bomb, arrows is the order I think)

You should consider looking into the COLOR Dungeon. It's in the graveyard and at the end you can get a Mail upgrade like in OOT and LTTP. You should definatnly consider it.

yup definately worth a look.

its not hard to finish the dungeon (you only need magic powder) and you get either the blue tunic (double defense) or the red (double damage)

and you have even more defense/damage if you get a guardian acorn/piece of power. too bad you cant have both of these (i tried, they replace each other)

Yeah I played the game on my GBA when i got the GBC color cartrage and I didnt know about it until I saw a video on youtube. I now when I play, always take the blue mail because you get the L-2 sword later in the game which with the red mail would make it an L-4 sword.

The free shell in the mansion only works at 5 and 10, there is no free one at 15. 20 gets you the final prize. If you want it as early as possible, it can be done as soon as after level 4. Combine that with the red tunic from the bonus dungeon, and yeah, the DX version is hella easy.

The bat appears in 3 places in the game, so you can upgrade bombs & arrows later. If you say no to the powder, he'll offer to upgrade the others in all 3 locations, so you can upgrade in any order.

You know you can actualy steal by making the shokeeper look up and then leave.But if you re enter the store aftear shoplifting you die...Aparentely the shopkeeper is a Sith and can use Force Lightning
