There's a good deal of misinformation going around. For starters, a lot of these nerfs aren't real. Those "patch notes" are from data mining. The truth is that they're for low level abilities, and they will scale back up to do the same damage by level 80. Fury warriors are getting an actual nerf though, sorta. We currently have an invisible +20% damage buff that is going away in cataclysm. This is to compensate us on live for not having deep wounds. This buff has also been there for all of beta.
