  • HE SHOULD ALSO APOLOGISE FOR REMOVING OUR BOARDER PROTECTION

AND IN DOING SO CREATING A LARGE FINANCIAL BURDEN FOR THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE AND

FOR CAUSING THE DEATH OF THOSE WHO DROWNED TRYING TO ARRIVE ON UNSAFE AND ILLEGAL BOATS.

  • do you think we could now get youtube to say sorry for all the google pop-up ads?

  • About damn time

  • Sorry's nice.

BUT WHAT U GONNA DO ABOUT IT, THUG?

How bout you get rid of all those fences crisscrossing Aboriginal lands?

How bout you pay REPARATIONS and establish autonomous, self-governing Aboriginal states?

  • now, while i highly disrespect her for that, i have some respect in the fact that she has managed to keep australia in the well off position that it was left in. but look at it this way, other than that what else has she done? has she done anything more than what kevin did? i don't think so. the only thing she's done is give herself a backstabbing bitch reputation, and now tony abbott is on the verge of winning the next election, which will send us all straight to hell. i fear for my country..

  • then julia, his trusted, "right-hand" woman, comes out from underneath him. how wrong was that? i was disgusted..

ive had fights with my own mum on this matter, she, with a majority of australians felt he was a dud, and besides this and saving the country from recession, they think he didnt do much good. and yes, other than those 2 things, other good-doings were a work in progress, but before he could do anything julia pushes him out just before the next election.

  • when kevin became the priminister, this was basically the first thing he did, i watched it that morning before heading off to school. it was in this moment, i had never felt more proud to be an australian under this government. i had already previously studied australia's origins and about the stolen generations and i felt very strongly about it, and just as i was thinking someone should at least show some remorse, ruddy comes out and publicly apologises on behalf of the government. i miss him.

  • Oh wow, look at Julia on Kevin's right!

  • Julia's eyeing Rudd down behind him like a hawk. You can almost see the knife in his back.

  • Comment removed

  • @wcb67 hey bro, you should like totally check out Jared Diamond's "Guns, Germs, and Steel." It sort of explains why your thesis sucks. You might learn something.

  • Julia in the background is working out where to stab K Rudd in the back ;)

  • @wcb67 because of social and geographical isolation and the racism that still exsists today. Oh no where will hire me because they generalise me...might as well start drinking.

  • hey its Julian Gillard..behind kevin rudd :)

  • @SuperEnterprise01 LOL, clearly SuperEnterprise you didn't take up the same opportunity of education. You can't even spell so it's not surprising you can't comprehend difficult concepts such as the disenfranchisement that results from systematic discrimination and persecution.

  • i hate how Australian history over exaggerates the mistreatment of Aborigines, yes there has been a few moments here and there but seriously, this takes it too far in my opinion. I remember reading that there was a law where killing an Aboriginal resulted in hanging

  • @Hem3fiction "Over exaggerates the mistreatment"....Surely you jest! Just using the word mistreatment to describe the atrocities endured by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples shows your ignorance of Australian history - mistreatment is a euphemism if I've ever heard one. A "few moments here and there" can hardly be used to describe the systematic removal of children from families, nor decades of policies that discriminated and persecuted the Australian Indigenous population.

  • @MsLucy218 i stand corrected, that is pretty bad i understand now

i didnt learn that in Australia history O.o

  • Oh yeah its their fault for having communities decimated by alcohol and sexual abuse its not like we killed their fathers raped their mothers stole their children and destoryed their heritage not at all.

all you guys who think its their own fault should grow the fuck up.

  • It was never the governments right to take these kids away or assume that aboriginals could not look after themselves. they are more equipped to our environment and have better life skills. They respect and love our land more then we do. They deserve every right to practise and believe what they want. I Cannot believe that a beautiful country as Australia inflicted pain and suffering like that on a innocent race! Genocide was clearly there objective and it is disgusting. We all should be sorry !

  • @wcb67 take one one look at your self first bubba. we weren't taken away because we can't look after ourselves we were taken away because them white bloke mob wanted us to have a better education and what so ever.....

  • @SuperEnterprise01 Aye I'm an Aborigine, anyway not all aborigines are educated and healthy but there are aborigines are and BTW the government were saying sorry because they did the wrong thing, the kids that got stolen from their families were fine with their families that's who they wanted to be with. Have you watched Rabbit Proof Fence? if you didn't, go and watch it please.

  • Julia Gillard....no...just no..

  • SuperEnterprise01, Indigenous Australians were effected by the eugenics movement because of the declining birthrate of white settlers. In 1901, the White Australia Policy sought the removal of mixed-race aboriginal children from their families. Not because parents couldn't look after them- because they wanted to breed out the aboriginal race & create a 'White Australia'. This is why generations later, aboriginal people are still struggling. They lack their true identity as we stole it yrs ago.

  • Everyone has to stop arguing about the past. I'm a white sixteen year old, and trust me, ALL students learn about the injustices and mistreatment of Aboriginal people. It was sickening. We ALL acknowledge how wrong it was.

But what's done is done. We can't change the past. Look at our country right now - today, it IS multicultural. Some of my best friends are black, some are white, some are asian.

Australia's strength lies in it's diversity. Unite and be strong, or divide and crumble...

  • This speech was constructed from hundreds of contrubutions from the academics at universities. A letter was sent out asking the smartest people in the country "how should we do this, what should we say?"

The government put thier speech together from bits and pieces of hundreds of speeches that were submitted after thousands of hours of research.

Its an absolute joke ... as a speech, and an attempt at reconciliation.

    Kevin Rudd should be ashamed.

  • @Rottenpockets Umad brah? He did something nobody else would have taken credit for what else do you want bro? No more digeridoos for u

  • @Rottenpockets

Don't try and bullshit yourself into believing this was a half-assed made speech. This speech should be studied; it is an amazing speech, much, much better than you could ever write. So what if they did research into how to write the speech, the Stolen Generation is a touchy topic. They have every right to ask help from others.

You're a joke, along with your useless argument.

  • Look at Julia's hair! LOL

  • Why dislikes!?

  • LOL Julia Gillard's hair... Oh dear god.

    But nice speech. :D

  • @rugbyleagueplaya Your interpretation of "equal rights" is the cause of continuing discrimination. It's an easy and predicatable argument to rely on, especially after their land and resources have been stripped from them, after they've been forced out of their lands and relocated elsewhere, killed, raped, massacred, forced to abandon their way of life and continually discriminated against. Equal rights requires us to address both historical and existing inequalities. Shame on you.

  • This happened almost 2 generations ago. maybe instead of saying sorry and giving government handouts to all the abos maybe they should act like everyone else in australia and go work for money...you know equal rights. too bad they get more then everyone else now cause a bunch of white fellas took a whole heep of neglected children from out in the bush that probably got raped by their uncles and other relatives.

  • @rugbyleagueplaya Mate you are so deluded you dont understand. In 1788 white settlers came along, took everything that belonged to the Aboriginals. They took their dignity, culture and country among so many other things. They did this because they thought just like you. I spent time up north with aboriginal kids and they were the nicest people i have ever met. Some of my best mates are Aboriginal. Show some respect and learn some history mate

  • i wonder what kind of racist bastards disliked this video.

  • Well done Kevin!!

The only pm I like and will probably ever like :)

  • I think a better way to help repair part of the damage caused from the stolen generation would be to take our aboriginal youth and help educate them in their culture from their own kind.Too many children taking part in alcohol drugs and unsafe sex only leading them into the gutter. They need to be taught of their culture in such a way that they learn true morals to find themselves and learn of their true heritage I might stand alone but i believe this would servegreaterthanjustgiving themtaxmoney

  • j..julia gillards hair...

  • The people involved in this catholic atrocity. This is bullshit. Sorry is just not enough some fuckers need to swing. They basically just said, "Oops our bad".

  • Julia gillard in the back

  • i made my longest snake on this vid!

  • @potassiumDOT I would say lol, but this seems to serious a video to say lol on.

  • two words!

  • i want kevin back..

  • And I'm non Indigenous.

  • I can't believe people are so stupid, first of all it was not hundreds of years ago. The last child to get taken away from thier family was in 1972 they year when my mother was born. Secondly he is not apologising on behalf of the people he is apologising for the legislation the government passed to let this happen. So before you come up with stupid comments learn all the facts.

  • I am still shocked to hear such bigoted, ignorant and uneducated comments, in this day and age. I am bemused by anyone who starts off saying "I'm not racist but..." because what comes out of their mouths next will be a racist comment. As for going to UNI soon - I am shocked such ignorance -no critical thinking happening btw the percentage of ATSI peoples who drink alcohol is less php than non-Indigenous people

  • I'm no racist, but about 80% of aboriginal people at least are pulling the Australian community down. It's true, all the aboriginals spending their pension money on alcohol are destroying our tax money. Why is such a large number of a race stopping it's country from evolving? it's because Aboriginals are automatically eligible for $60,000 per anem pensions. This is ludicrous, this is why they lack responsiblity, because they can just sit there all day drinking alcohol without a care. you think.

  • @xTaktikal You say you are not racist but just look at your last senctence. Its one of the most steriotypical and racist comments that you could make. I am Aboriginal, and I have a good job and come from a long line of workers who dont rely on Centrelink. My Father is an electrical supervisor and works on overseas minesites and is not eligable for ANY government payment. There are alot of people from other races that are on government payments who are also alcoholic. Not just aboriginal people.

  • @xTaktikal Mate even with the money we are giving them now how is that meant to pay for a country and the lives of the Aboriginal people that were killed by the White Settlers. They had waterholes poisoned and rounded up at stockyards and killed in numbers. Men, Women and Children killed because of a few men who fought back for their country they love

  • While the abos deserve an apology, for Ruddy to apologise on behalf of me is offensive to me. I've never done anything to these people in my life. Yet I'm brought up in our schools to feel as if I'm to blame for what happened 300 years ago. I'm close to entering UNI and i just found out aboriginals get free/subsidised fees. I believe THIS is discrimination.

  • @jk94111 Kevin Rudd is not apologising on behalf of you uneducated nitwit. Firstly it wasnt 300 years ago and how could you have influenced the decisions of people years before your birth? He's said sorry on behalf of the Australian Government. The apology was about feeling sorry for the Aboriginal people. Not from you as a person. Just imagine having your kids taken from you. The Aborigines waited years for this apology, and they deserve it. My mother was taken and Im glad she got her apology.

  • @asheejane ...your mother was part of the lucky generation and she should be thanking the australian government every single day.

  • @tgmcrad Why was it a lucky generation? And why does she have to thank the government every day? For being starved and physically, emotionally and sexually abused all though her childhood. I think not. There is not enough money or words in the world that will make up for all of the pain and suffering that she endured. And I can assure you that if it was your own mother that this happened to, you would be feeling the same way. Aboriginal people are extremely forgiving to even take this apology.

  • @jk94111 yeah, the Whites in the U.S. still get blamed by the Blacks for slavery that happened hundreds of years ago.. I see where your coming from when you speak about being forced to feel guilty over something you had nothing to do with. Be proud of who you are and don't let society brain wash you into feeling guilty over circumstances you had no control over. Peace!

  • @ArizonaChris96How about you comment on things that you know about instead of commenting on this when you clearly know nothing about it. You dont come from this country and you certainly dont know anything about the situation with Indigenous Australians. You cant compare it with African American slavery but, maybe Native Americans. Accept, Native Americans are rich and wealthy people who own casinos. Most aboriginal people dont own a house and they are the traditional owners of this sacred land.

  • @asheejane How about you you go back and read my comment very very slowly so that you can better understand what I was simply pointing out.. And may be you should stop with presuming that I posses a lessor level of intelligence than you or that I am here to offend someone as you've already lost you're bet Miss. And since we're on the subject of, "Sticking to subjects that we know" here's what you have proven in one breath, you're quick to judge but still don't know me.. You get my drift?

  • @ArizonaChris96 What relevance does your comment have to do with this situation? NOTHING!! Its not about being made to feel guilty you nitwit. Feeling guilty about something and feeling sorry for "someone" is a completely different thing. Aussies are not being forced to feel guilty, Its a free country here. As I have said in previous comments on this video, Kevin was not saying sorry on behalf of every individual, but on behalf of the Government.

  • @asheejane First of all, I was responding to someone else's comment other than YOURS but somehow you've decided to butt in and take it personal, go back and read down the comment line if you have your doubts, I'd suggest you bite your tongue before you choose to call someone a nitwit.. God forbid you sink your ship first before making friends. Now, we can both agree to disagree.. Neither you or I will bend our opinion to please the other. Aside from all that has been said, Merry Christmas

  • @ArizonaChris96 And I actually agree with you, nobody should apologize for circumstances beyond their control. But I guess you are missing the whole point. Like I said you OBVIOUSLY dont know enough to comment. You wouldnt find me commenting on American Political Videos, I dont know anything about it and it doesnt interest me. So yes, I do stick to what I know. As a PROUD Indiginous Australian, I know WAY more than you about this first hand. Maybe you should do the same "Master". BTW, its "Mrs".

  • @asheejane furthermore, this is not a territorial topic in which your trying to steer in that direction.. I have more Aussie blood in me than you know but I shouldn't have to discuss my private background for that matter. I will comment on Au Politics when ever feel like it, tossing the ridiculous territory crap for when someones opinion is not in your favor is clearly a cheap shot. Does Au own YouTube? No, USA does.. so should you stay off of here? You see how ridiculous that sounds?

  • @ArizonaChris96 And no, I dont get your drift....??

  • @MrReality88 its people like who are stopping the true reconciliation of Australia

  • its a shame that most of us dont think much of this apology, and even that this video has dislikes is restating that fact. i really dont agree how many people do not like aboriginal people because of the stereotype related to them. when if you think about it, it was us that did it to them.

  • @TheDudeFrom0Z dude not cool stop being racist.

  • This is the most inspiring speech I have ever heard from a politician in my life. I remember the day in 2008 when he gave this, I was walking to school and all over the pavement someone had scrawled in chalk 'Sorry' over and over again.

While a simple apology can never account for the suffering and grief endured by those of the Stolen Generations, it is the first step on a road to recovery. It is this that makes me proud to call myself an Australian.

  • Why would anyone want to bring this man back, he ruled over the most incompetent government this country has ever seen, he squandered billions, cost lives, failed at every project he attempted and now hes out giving away borrowed money to overseas interests, i dont think its a stretch to call this man a bully, manipulative, he is the devil in sheeps clothing!

  • @verziehen Are you not present and all the commemorative days we have for our Veterans? ANZAC day? Rememberance day? Or are you just blinded by what you think us white people arent getting. Aboriginal people fought in our wars whilst being Paid at a much lesser wage, but they still did it. Your comments are uneccesary and disrespectful. Being married to a Koori woman doenst not make you incapbale of racism, it must make you feel so superior. Wake up an realise what you are, white and racist.

  • Julia Gillard should say Sorry for Stealing Your Job, Kev!

  • He didn't apologize for my 15 year old Great Uncle who died at Gallipoli. What's that? Yes, he wasn't an Aborigine....oh I see...that excludes him. What about my dad being bombed in Darwin? Yes, he wasn't an Aborigine....oh I see...that excludes him. My grandfather wounded in France in WW1? Yes, he wasn't an Aborigine....oh I see...that excludes him. Were they invaders? Was there honour in what they did? No. Only shame. Because of the colour of their skin. Racism is racism from both sides.

  • @verziehen er.... are you aware that aboriginal men fought alongside your Great uncle, your Dad, your Grandfather? What is your point here? You begrudge a 3 minute speech to the people stolen from their families? Why? My great-Grandfather and Grandfather would be appalled at what you have written. Think before you type! Respect!

  • @simonewatson3 Yes indeed I am aware, unlike you I am not so naive as to believe exaggerations & distortions. For the record I am married to a woman of Koori descent. She like other Kooris I know are appalled at the word "generations" when it was individuals, not a whole generation and also that people here and now are not responsible for the sins of their forefathers. The colour of my skin or anyone's skin should not be a condemnation of their character. How about you ditch your weasle words.

  • @verziehen Oh, that's why your above rant about war and your Great-uncle spoke so clearly about the word " generations" is it? Sorry, must have missed that because it wasn't there! And you accuse me of weasel words?

This noongar/koori single-mum is not fooled...you reckon there is one chance in hell that I am naive? HA HA! Don't hide behind your woman fool..shame!

  • @verziehen the word "generations" is used because the official government policy spanned between 1909 and 1969 and occurred both before and after these times. children from more than just one generation were taken. I think it is also used to describe the sheer number of children taken between these times.

While I believe that we should not have to apologise for something our forefathers have done, Rudd is apologising on behalf of the GOVERNMENT who made the policies, not the people.

  • @Nath808975462 your such a dog

  • Thumbs up if u think Julia Gillard is a dog and we should have Kevin Rudd back

  • Comment removed

  • Kevin was one of the best PM's Australia ever had. Its too bad that so many Australians were to stupid to know it. It just goes to show that there is no point trying to help the poor better themselves becuase generaly they are too stupid to appreciate it and all too easely fooled by the opposition.

    Bring back Kevin!

  • The woman directly behind mr rudd in frame is the only politician who looks half beautiful.

  • During that whole speech I bet Julia Gillard was planning her assassination.

Thumbs up if you want Kevin back

  • @juicybeast117 bring the man back ,im a labor voter trade unionist

  • Love Rudd, bring back Kevin for '11!! yew

  • The only Prime Minister i actually believed in, all because he had the guts to tak the next step towards reconciliation.

  • empty words aka propaganda

  • Finally someone in authority who has the heart and strength to say sorry!

  • now can we get youtube to say sorry for the adds

  • @sexyPersond222 no adds=no youtube

  • Comment removed

  • Well done, KRudd. (Y)

  • A very emotional, genuine, heartfelt apology. Hard to hold back the tears. I am Maori, I live in my ancestral land in Aotearoa New Zealand and yet I absolutely connect to the hurt the Aboriginal people of Australia have endured over the centuries. I wish you and your country nothing but peace, equality, and prosperity as you move forward. This is only the beginning, it will take a lot longer to put this apology into practise. Kia kaha xxx

  • @kickhimhardlah you are a racist fuck.

  • @Mcskazzart lol thumbs up for me.

  • Comment removed

  • this was a very emotional speech! my most memorable time of rudd as prime minister! oh and btw, how fucking ugly is julia gillard!!!!

  • wait... is that.... HA HAH!!! JULIA!!! LMFAO!!!!

  • Socialist!

  • LOL Julia Gillards hair!! haha lol!:P But that was pretty gwd cos he had the courage to finally apologise!! GO KEVIN RUDD! :)

  • Saying sorry was so overdue. Just because you say sorry doesn't mean you are accepting responsibility for someone elses actions. For example; if you have a friend who has experienced the death of someone close to them you may say 'I am sorry" this does not mean you had anything to do with it. Now that sorry is said let's see some action to match your words.

  • @MrJimmyjojo It's not up to him now though.. : ( He's been backstabbed. And now the fringe-woman at the back is the one controlling the country.

  • Why would we apologise for something we had nothing to do with, we take more kids from Aboriginal homes today than we did back then, are we going to say sorry again in 20 years.

  • Julia Gillard Is a ferret and, he shouldn't have had to say sorry he didnt do it

  • OH MY GOD!!!!

    Im probebly completly wrong but....

is that Julia Gillard in the background?

I dont meen 2 be rude but still, she looks kinda..... demented..... no offence..........

  • just words no action, for too long have they talked talked talked, we know your weakness is insecurity, fear and greed, a change is coming , you have created your own hell, for the guilt, greed, and inhumanity to man. A great change is coming as we shift to a new level of conscienceness, those that are left behind will not know heaven, nirvana, or eternal joy, WARNING TO THE WEAK, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

  • Honestly, this may sound rude of me but i don't forgive him, or anybody in the Australian government. Yeah you apologized but since then what good has been done for Aborigines? Nothing. Apology was absolutely pointless. In such an advanced country we live in you'd think some changes would have been made. Wtf man.

  • @anisacali yes , he is dickhead , didnot believe what he said , unless he could withdrew nortern territory intervention

  • well sorry wont bring ther kids back will it !

  • The old government made 50 accounts and disliked this video

  • I'm glad this jibberer isn't PM anymore!

no offense to the people praising this moment, but anyone could of got up there and read that prepared kiss ass speech!

I am not sorry for fucking anything, a lot of people in the world get hard done by but they don't get hand-outs for it!

  • @quaidnomore You are missing a vital part of this equation - no one else has had the balls to get up there and read that kick ass prepared speech - no one at all - ever - in Australia's history. The guy you are calling a jibberer, did...big props to K Rudd for that!

  • THERE GILLARD TO THE LEFT THE BITCH, I kid I kid Julia gillard. But seriously she stole rudds place...

  • my family immigrated form Ireland 50 years ago, im not sorry for anything.

  • @aussie66monster Irish fought til their independence was recognized.., why deny us to the right to do the same? Or do now suffer from Stockholm syndrome?

  • @mysty0

Stockholm syndrome? lmfao! don't try and compare my people to the aborigines, you want independence? lol you wouldn't know what to do with it that's the difference.

  • @mysty0 by the way what you just said has nothing to do with my comment, where did all the independence and the white man oppressing you come from?

  • @aussie66monster Sad how English you are ^^

  • @mysty0

how abo are you? lmfao!!!! you are mixed like every other abo, and seeing as the English bred with the abos i would say you are more English then me lol,

by the way im about less then quarter English.

  • @aussie66monster Nope., No English blood here., try again!

  • @mysty0 believe me my people have the same opinions about your people.

  • @mysty0

quote (Sad how English you are) im not English you ignorant fuck, but i guess you call everyone English that doesn't agree with you.

  • how many times did he say sorry??

  • i love kevin

  • Lol at julia gillard, sitting there with the knife under the table

  • @damoz89 MY GOD YOUR RIGHT..... How did we not see this earlier?

  • Listen Kevin stabb her in the back and get your job back. She couldnt even beat abbott and he has a muffin for a brain. Our country needs a man with brains, passion, compassion, integrity a real human being unlike your normal politician. Julia Shazza Gillard, 'YOB' (for short) has no integrity or even human emotion. The fact she slithered her way in and cheated the system is a crime against humanity. Where is the justice. Why cant we vote for you, democracy or shamocracy? You are a huMAN/she ?

  • i live in Australia, but my parents are from greece. haha im not sorry for shit!

  • get lost kevin rudd

  • @AustralianCorp is your name bazza or julia

  • lol at Julia gillard

  • i dont really understand how you can truly say sorry 'on behalf' of someone

  • it's sad to only heal now when people don't realise it then.

  • Not a fan of the apology. Not because I hate Aboriginals, but basically because its not going to change anything. And all you pro apology people are going to sit around on this day each year and feel like youve done something really good, and nothing will change. That is why I dont agree with this. Kevin Rudd didnt give a fuck about the Aboriginals, Labor doesnt give a fuck, they say this, and everyone laps it up, you all walk around high fiving each other feeling good. NOTHING has changed.

  • @tomermoderchai have you ever been stolen if not dont say shit . we are not talking about stealing marbles or something valuable to you, like you car or plasma . We are talking about an Australian government who stole aboriginal children from their parents. Imagine being a parent and losing your child or better yet imagine being a child and losing your parents. I'd prefer to die than have that happen to me .Think before you speak moron

  • @blackgbaybee. I dont need to have been stolen. Dont let emotion cloud your opinion of what may infact to a large extent been a reality. Given bad stuff, happened, but alot of people actually werent looking after their children. Kind of like DOCS these days. Dont let the race card affect the facts. As for my opinion why 'I' didnt like it, I listed previously. But what has changed? Has Aborininal life expectancy gone up? Have any statisitcs improved? No. Kevin Rudd said all this for votes.....

  • @blackgbaybee and everyone who pro for it 'just because' now walk around feeling really good about themselves, and pretend to be culturally sensitive, when nothing has changed. Thats what annoys me. Not the fact that the governement said sorry, I think it was done for the wrong reasons.

  • Julia gillard getting the knife ready

  • @001dangermouse

again a racist comment from 'dangermouse' how surprising.

'Just have a think about why they were "stolen". Because there families had no idea how to care for them properly and they still don't.' according to who? You? All the bullshit you and yours brought to this country? I'll tell you whats a crock of f*cking shit- you and your racist remarks- so mouse dick why dont you piss off and look at your own race before you go judge anyone elses.

  • LOL at Julia Gillard's fringe

  • @fih4eva It's real hot.

  • LOOOOLL LOOK AT JULIA GILLARD!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

  • kiss ass

  • fuck the coon scum

  • Hug a abo day.

  • I don't have anything to apologise for.

Rudd sure has, but I don't!

  • I DON'T SEE THOSE MUTHERPHUCKERS LEAVING..IF YOUR TRULY SORRY, THEN PACK YOUR SHIT AND GO THE PHUCK BACK TO EUROPE AND GET OFF ABORIGINAL LAND...NO ONE GIVES A PHUCK ABOUT A DAMN APOLOGY...THAT'S ALL TALK...ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS...GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM..THE ABORIGINAL PEOPLE NEVER INVITED YOU MUTHERPHUCKERS ON THEIR LAND...YOU WHITE PEOPLE ARE A CANCER TO THE EARTH...WHERE THERE'S A WHITEBOY THERE'S DESTRUCTION...EUROPE DUMPED IT'S TRASH IN AUSTRALIA

  • @bretcarr2001. Fire up Bretto. If it wasnt the English it would be the dutch or the Spanish or the Portugese. No offence to the Aborginals, but they werent exactly doing much with the place.

  • @bretcarr2001 YEYEYE! FUCK WHITE PEOPLE

  • Too bad Rudd's Sorry Day didn't make any difference later on.

  • @leroyobama

No, you are...... for saying that.

  • Her Majesty would humble and say sorry. Then and only then can we truely seee healing in our culture of Australia and be proud of our country and Her leaders in respect to our history as a Nation and her people. It sadens me to see poeple want to see Australia become a republic and a new flag, heal this motion your Majesty by offering your statement of sorry - but when you do do it on australian soil, i for one want our flag to change with one addition, the aboriginal flag added in it southern c

  • part 2 My brothers and sisters, were not just stolen, this act of theft by the British Empire was truely an outrage and no better than the many other countrys the Brits criminally went into and stole birth rights from. Scotland, Ireland, Australia, too many to name, the british and her royals owe the Apology, the royals are still to today yet to say sorry, I believe the Queen Elizabeth is a lovely Lady and would pray Her Majesty would humble her heart and give a speech of sorry to the part 3

  • This is our Great Southland of the Holy Spirit where her richest harvest is in her people, lets see real revival come to our lost Generations, real start to healing and real friendship over this awesome spirit land we call Australia and her beautiful people-Indigenous who are the true harvest that makes our Country the wonderful land it is. I am half cast and am proud of Kevin Rudd, for his sorry, however small it came, at least Kevin tried. The truth be made, my brothers and sisters . part 2

  • Awsome!

  • Awesome ! Sorry Song was sung there by school students- deeply moving.

You can download it from Sorry Song by Kerry Fletchers website

  • previous governments were against saying sorry for the fear it would make the aboriginals appeals for compensation legitimate. people think oh we give them money all the time why should we give them more they only waste it on drink and drugs, we could give them money forever and it would not eqate to the value of this counrty and the lives we lead. its time for the human race to settle the issues with the past to make a better future and if that means apologizing and sharing this earht so be it.

  • no matter what your opinoin is on the subject atleast we can all agree we stole this place from people who couldnt have known how ruthless and sneaky our ancestors were, buying land for beads or blankets we all know this was a scam offer somthing if they refuse kill them.

  • I dont know if saying sorry made a difference but why not apologize we`ve made out like bandits here in Australia, in my opinion we have the best lives in the world far enough away from the rest of the world that we havent been screwed as much as every where else and we have the resources everyone else wants.

  • In the background, Julia Gillard is eyeing the spot on Kevin Rudd's back where she is going to stick the knife!

  • i wish the english would apolagise to the scotish for enslaving my ancestors for over 200 years. campbells enslaved killed and hunted macgregors.

  • Do not condemn the actions of few. Alcohol is a disease, white and black, yellow and brown. The Aboriginal people have been in mourning for generations- some have coped or completely fucked themselves trying to do so. I have heard many of my young mates say 'I didn't do it- why should I say sorry? I say Sorry for my ancestors. I say it because if it were you being ripped from your mother- who knows what you would do. What would your grandchildren be carrying around on their shoulders.

  • The greek primeminister should do this immiedetly and to let the soul of the macedonians heal

  • @AndrejStudent3116590 Fuck off rat
