Fantastic song, this band is simply beautiful and fantastic... Best prog-avant-garde metal band in the world with Arcturus, period... Prominence And Demise is a devastating album, at the level of Reflections Of The I, for sure... Carl August Tidemann is an incredible guitarist, one of the best... And Master Hellhammer, well, he's the fastest, most talented and technical drummer on earth... The double bass in this song is pure art, on an acoustic drum kit without triggers, simply amazing...

Winds is what got me into the whole "metal" genre. I think their music is beautiful, and I admit I didn't like the singer at first at all, but I got to really like it after a while. This song is beautiful.

I heard Hellhammer play with Mayhem last year and I don't know how but at one point he was double kicking so fast I could no longer hear individual kicks.

He's not only great he's one of the best metal drummer. And just to let you know, he didn't play too much in Dimmu, he played in Mayhem, Covenant, Acturus. Age of Silence, and many more. Jan Axel Blomberg, by his real name, is really a perfect metal drummer and as a drummer, i can't find someone as innovative, technical with his stamina and speed as him. HAIL GREAT HELLHAMMER.

Well, the most similar band is Age of Silence, there are 3 people from Winds. And from AoS can you get to things like Solefald and other. bands
