  • I heard that adding spinach and tomato in same recipe is not good! Is that true?

  • Do you boil or soaked the chunks before cooking it? And for how long?

  • @BROOKLYNBEAST226 Soya chunk cook really cook so you dont have to boil them. I just soaked them in warm water for 15 mins. On the other hand if I was cooking with soyabeans, i would have boiled them or soak them overnight.

Soya chunks is basically Textured or texturized vegetable protein (TVP), also known as textured soy protein (TSP), soy meat, or soya meat is a meat analogue or nutritious meat extender made from defatted soy flour (more or less like tofu) for people who don't eat meat and want protein
