  • @TheScript55 right... especially dangerous are fluid sugars, they will get noticed a little bit later than sugar in food. And this turns into a never ending story! Too much sugar out of sugarized fluids, --> insulin pushes the sugar leven in the blood TOO MUCH down --> u feel hungry again, u want sugar again,... so you eat trashy, sweet things... and so on! If you regulate your sugar-level in your blood u have done almost 1/3 of work. eat a good mix of complex-chained-carbonh´s, protein and V´s

  • @TheScript55 Well said, I completely agree with you. Diet soda is bad, anything artificial is bad for you. I would also like to add on that if you want to lose a lot of weight or gain a lot of muscle fast then do an intense workout. The ones that get you to feel the burn in the muscle. Feeling the muscle soreness the next day is a good thing, even if you aren't exercising your body is still burning fat and working fast to recover your muscle tissue.

  • How can you call yourself a health freak and suggest DIET soda over regular soda? Diet soda contains ASPARTAME. Look up what that does to your body and realize that you should be switching from soda to fresh squeezed juice, smoothies, skim milk, and of course, water.

  • Soda, is NEVER healthier than water. Even IF it the can says it's zero calorie, the sugar content within the soda can be converted into fat, and not forget to mention it'll make the workout longer!

    Drink Crystal light. It's a lot cheaper too. They have generic.

    You'd be surprised at how "healthy" people can think when it comes to their diets.

    There's this woman I know, she'll immediately start chopping on high saturated fat and calorie food. And she always complains about not being able to lose weight.

  • @KhmaiBodian559 Just because it says Diet in front of a soda brand doesn't mean it is healthy. Read the ingredients. The most used ingredient is the first listed ingredient you see when you start reading it, and the last ingredient is the least used. Most of the ingredients that you are unknown of are most likely to be a type of sugar. Water is the best choice anyone can make but not actually likely to be drunk because of the empty flavour.

    For soda, even IF it's diet, it's still fatty because the sugar content can still be converted into fat.

    Drinking water, is much better because A, you help provide a way to lower your sugar content, which helps makes it easier for your body to flush out the fats and the sugar build up. And B, as he already stated, it assists in flushing out the toxins.

  • Straight up to loose weight dont drink soda only water and a little juice play ur favorite sport daily for atleast 1 hour if more than great before going to sleep do as many push ups and sit ups

    and in a few weeks u gonna see improvement

    To a certain degree, running is bad for your joints if you are without a proper running shoe. The other alternative is walking and you're doing that. Keep it up and good luck.
